The donuts are great, the people are quite friendly and the service is prompt. Dining room is pretty small, but it's really aimed at being a take out kind of place. I'm a repeat customer, coming through most weeks, and would recommend it to others looking for a donut and coffee.

Stopped by this location this morning for a few donuts for the family. My wife gifted me a gift card and we attempted to use it however the cashier having a hard time processing the gift card. She requested help from another employee (perhaps the manager) and after a while asked that we pull up to another window. After about 5 minutes I decided it wasn’t that serious to wait so I went inside and asked for the gift card back so happy I did because the other employee (manager) was hacking, coughing, wiping his nose, around an open case of donuts while grabbing the donuts with the tongs. Please understand that the issue here was not the hold up using the gift card but the unsanitary employee (manager) spreading germs on food that will be served to non-suspecting customers. Please be careful. Sanitization should be an establishments number one priority and evidently that is not the case here. Stay well.

This new Shipley has a beautiful store front and interior, but that’s where the magic ended. Unlike every other Shipley I have been to, I was unable to get a mixed dozen of doughnuts. The staff could not communicate well and the manager was rude and unhelpful for no reason. I will never go back to this location and recommend others avoid the Nickel and dime culture of this location.

I stopped by Shipley Donuts this morning and decided to keep it classic — a fresh glazed donut and a hot cup of coffee. From the very first bite, I knew I made the right choice. The glaze was perfect: light, sweet, and just the right amount of melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Paired with the rich, smooth coffee, it was an absolutely tremendous start to my day.
The service here is on another level. I barely had time to decide on my order before it was ready. Everything moved so quickly and smoothly, it felt effortless. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that I had a great experience.
What really stood out was the consistency. You can tell Shipley takes pride in what they do — the donut was fresh out of the oven, warm, and perfectly made. The coffee was hot, bold, and brewed just right. Every detail felt intentional, and it all came together beautifully.
The atmosphere inside was clean, welcoming, and bright. Even though I was just grabbing a quick breakfast, I felt like I could’ve easily stayed longer just to enjoy the comfort of the place. The smell of fresh donuts and coffee filled the air, making it even harder to leave.
In short, Shipley Donuts delivered a flawless experience. Fast service, incredible food, and a welcoming vibe — truly second to none. I’ll definitely be coming back, and next time, I’m bringing friends so they can see exactly why I’m raving about this place.
This place is terrible ive been trying to get a refund for days and noone will do it. They didnt have the dougnuts I ordered which is like the one thing they are supposed to have.

Ordered a variety of donuts from this location on 3/23/25. Cake donuts had excessive nutmeg, bear claw had excessive dry cinnamon that poured out of them (and there was no filling of any type), filled donuts had little to no flavor in the filling. First and last time visiting this location. Spent $26 for a bad experience. We'll take our business back to Grand Donuts.
