Absolutely loved this place! The donuts were fresh and hot you can really taste the quality. Everything was soft, delicious, and made perfectly. The shop itself was really nice and clean, which made the experience even better. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I’m always excited when new businesses invests into our area and I was eager to support Shipleys donuts. Unfortunately, every single time no matter what time of day I’ve gone the donuts are cold or stale .Donuts are cold even if you come before 11 and request hot donuts. They will legitimately give you cold donuts instead of letting you know there is a wait or saying they don’t have them. I have taken Do-Nuts back to be remade twice. The last time I visited I said I’d like a half dozen hot glaze. They charged me for one dozen. And gave me 6 cold donuts in the box. I said to the cashier you charged me for a dozen and gave me 6 cold donuts. They microwaved the ones I gave me then gave me an additional 6 cold donuts. I did not argue because I know no matter what coupons they send or specials they offer I will not be supporting them with my purchasing dollar any more. This location is consistently slow (not a big deal) and poor quality (big deal for the price) I don’t see this location being open very long.

Donuts are usually cold or hard/old unless you go super early. I've given them more them 2 chances and have had the same outcomes. Although the employees may be friendly, the quality of food is below subpar.

Don’t bother coming if it’s even a little later in the evening. Tried stopping on my way home 3 times in the last week. Each time about 6:00. Each time they were closed early. The “normal” closing hours are at 8:00

I love this place. It’s perfect for a quick coffee and a fresh donut. Sometimes the lobby is super dark and locked but the sign says open and it’s closed when they are supposed to be open at least according to the operating hours. But the staff are super friendly and I’ve never had issues with the drinks or donuts.

I’ve come twice to this location and have tried to order two glazed donuts. Nothing special nothing extra and both times I was told they don’t have any. How can you be a donut place and not have a simple glazed donut? They never have a line and now I see why.
