I definitely do not recommend this place. I put in an online order and when I arrived was told they didn't have but two of the items I ordered and I could not get a refund. The woman refused to refund me so I had to take items I didn't want. And when I got them home realized they were raw on the inside. It was very disappointing as I was bringing those items back to Missouri for someone who absolutely used to love the kolaches here.

I went in there at 6pm 01/10/25 the lady in there was INSANELY rude, hung up on me after I asked her a question about the amount of donuts available, when I got there, she told me not to be asking dumb questions and walked off, I needed 40 donuts for a gathering, so i had to ask how many were available. I can see why someone broke the window in the front, cuz she made me very upset in a matter of 2 minutes

We ordered online and as we entered no welcome whatsoever besides that and the very unfriendly Chinese man who gave us our order without speaking to us at all. They forgot to give us 2 glazed donuts we ordered and proceeded to argue with us with a Chinese lady now and it clearly stated in our receipt 2 orders of 2 glazed donuts and they would be warm they weren’t warm and even when we asked them he said no he wouldn’t give us warm donuts. Very strange rude behavior right from the beginning. I’ve never been to Shipley donuts before and my daughter was so happy to take me because it’s her favorite donut place and this is the experience we had very disappointing obviously will never go back to that location on Culebra Rd. It’s just all unnecessary bad customer service I don’t understand it at all. SMH
Just do yourself a favor and go here. U deserve it.

I ordered kolaches and they were cold. They looked like they were cooked days ago. This was so disappointing. They sausage was hard. I didn't eat it cause it seemed like i would probably get food poisoning. This place should be shut down.

Kid-friendliness: They are very sweet people and if your every day customers sometimes they give you free donuts I love her as much as my boys love it
Normal Shipley’s with helpful workers. Ham and cheese and only one tiny slice of ham. All you can taste is bread when eating. Very disappointing. The sausage and cheese was also skimpy with the inside portion. Not how I remembered them being at all. They did have a pretty good selection of colorful donuts. Won’t be going back for kolaches.

I do not live close to this Shipley's Donuts, but I will drive out of my way to come here. They are always friendly. Donuts are fresh. This is a wonderful place and they open at 5am which is a major plus for me.
