What’s the point of placing a mobile order and using rewards if the store refuses to accept the order and I can’t take my two free donuts? What a complete waste of my time and example of incompetent franchisor greed over two dollars. Congratulations on earning a one star review over two dollars

This was definitely a really nice location! The people working that day were very friendly, had my order ready when I showed and even offered to help carry it out. I know Shipley tends to be the better donut shop in SA, but I really liked this location. Will come back as I buy donuts for work frequently.

Used mobile app for pick up last week and they guy working at the store got my order everything was good. Today Oct. 7 placed An order the lady at the window said she doesn't have an order from me. She told me why did I order through the app, that is easier to just order there. I don't think she knows how to pull up the order or somethings wrong with the app but anyways after driving over there sitting in the drive thru I pushed the cancel button that's on the order and left. Well I check my bank card and I see the money pending like the transaction went through. I also see that on the rewards app it gave me points towards my rewards and took away the 2 free donuts reward. I hope these actions on my bank side don't go through cause I didn't receive what I payed for. I will not be using this app at that store again
Went through drive through and ordered a filled bar, some doughnuts, and chocolate milk. The lady at the window Gives me two bags and says bye.. i ask about the milk and she said “no! you ordered chocolate filled doughnuts” .. misunderstanding, fine. I get home and my filled bar is completely empty, it was just a long doughnut with no filling. Whole trip was a waste of money.

service here is no good came to buy 1 doz donuts and kolaches at 5:30 am they did not have kolaches or anything else beside glazed donuts and the drive attendant was rude not coming here no more
