This location from what the menu on the drive-thru States has barely any selection compared to the Stone oak location near Encino. And to my dismay they were locked with no sign saying they were closed at 1:15 p.m. We all deserve a lunch but you also deserve to tell the public without wasting their time that you're closed for the time being.

I’m really surprised that the ratings are so high. The woman who took my order did not seem to be very happy to do so. Out of the three items I bought two of them were very stale and hard. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to any Shipley location.

Most Shirley's serve consistently good donuts. Not this location. I'm pretty sure mine was made some time last week.
Amazing! Donuts are warm, and the kola he's are awesome! The lady was very nice and I got my order without much waiting. Definitely gotta come back. Thank you!! ? I got jalapeno kola he, a drink and a bear claw ohhhhhhh soooooo awesome!!!!!!!!

Showed up 30 minutes before closing doors locked, people in drive thru waiting, and no sign that they were closing early. Very unprofessional
You’ll want to come early because they get cleaned out of the good stuff before 11am.
