First time at this location, and it was the best! You walk in, and they great you right away. You can smell the deliciousness! Great variety of donuts. I bought a regular warm glazed and chocolate covered walnut. They were scrumptious! The lady that helped me with the donuts and the one that checked me out were both so friendly and thanked me for coming in.

I absolutely love Shipley‘s donuts. The kolaches are my favorite and let me just tell you I was having a bad day and I came in close to closing and the nice lady behind the counter. Melissa was so sweet. It took extra time to make sure that I got what I wanted and it was just a great experience such a delight that’s a kind of employee that would be an asset for anyone thank you so much ma’am and the food is always good.

I love Shirley’s, I usually go there every week..but this is sad. It’s just water with a sprinkle of chocolate mix..please, a hot chocolate is supposed to be special.

This Shipleys wss not what i expectee. Got a chocolate iced which seemed to be iced with chocolate filling vs. actual icing that I've seen at every Shipleys for the last 30 years. Kolache fit in the palm of my hand.... not to mention it was the most unappealing kolache I've ever seen

How on earth do these people do business?! I would have taken a picture of the disaster of donuts in front if I had my phone, but I left it charging in my car. NOTHING was in the proper spot. So all the names of what they had were incorrectly named. I said it was a mess, and the lady just laughed and said "Yeah the guys put it like that." The donut itself is good. But if they are that unorganized all the time, I'll definitely be going elsewhere. It looked so unorganized i almost walked out without trying their donuts

I wish I could have reviewed the donuts. Unfortunately, with the poor service, I was unable to achieve that. Pulling up in a car with kiddos and a recent sprain ankle, I was happy to be able to use the drive-thru. As I pulled up, I was not greeted and stared out. I informed them that I wanted 6 donuts and began to list my order while just continuing to be stare out. I was confused as they did not write anything down, and as I thought of the next donuts, I was told, "You should go inside. You don't know what you want." I let them know i had already reviewed the list online and was then interrupted with,"I don't even remember what you ordered, just go inside." I said no thanks and left to a more accommodating facility. I will not be returning.
