My kolachi had no jalapeño, it was just sausage and cheese. I turned around the lady told me to rip it so i did, no jalapeño. She rolled her eyes and made an audibly dissapointed sign and she replaced my two, took on of mine back, i touched that one too, qnd i feel like they put it back 😬also when i first went i went inside and the guy who helped me had arrived to work when i walked in and he didnt wash his hands.... idk why but im a magnet for my orders being wrong

Id like to express my disappointment with the service I received at this location. When I called just a few minutes before arriving to confirm they were open, the employee who answered the phone had a video playing loudly in the background, which came off as unprofessional. Upon arriving, I encountered the same employee a shorter woman with short black hair who seemed unaware of the Nurse Week promotion I was asking about. Her video was still playing loudly, making it very difficult to have a clear conversation. Overall, the interaction felt inattentive and dismissive. I hope management can address this and provide better training on customer service expectations.

Shipleys are just the best donuts. The service here is great and they are always pleasant. We come here quite often.
I bought the kolaches with cheese way to much bread and the little sausage was a joke a hot dog Weiner is bigger than what I got I also ordered 2 apple fritters and got a lemon filled big donut the only thing that turned out right was the Bavarian creme.
