Everytime I come here I am always blown away by how kind the service is! Even while I witnessed some Karen’s being Karen’s to the staff they stayed professional and polite! But what gives this place a 100/5 is the donuts. I feel no other Shirley’s compares to this one!

This place is open late and always have consistent tasting doughnuts. So if you're getting them late in the day for a home breakfast you actually can! Or if you just want breakfast for dinner or desert there to help and get a bonus for being a repeat customer!

The main issue was that the chocolate and regular flavors tasted pretty much the same, even though the texture was nice.

Overall experience was good except the milk was spoiled. Made my grandson sick.

I was sold some day old donuts. I went back and they told me they were fresh from today. Now you look at these and tell me if they look fresh. I know they were old because the jelly inside of them has started to stiffen.

This is my 3rd or 4th time here, first time inside. I was at the drive thru initially but noticed bees so decided to go inside. Well, the bees had made it inside too. So much so that one had made it into the donuts that are on display at the front counter. I told the lady there are a lot of bees and one is about to get on a donut. She said it happens every year around the restaurants. This was strike 1 (is there not pest control) or you could at least try to keep everything closed off. Strike 2 and 3 were me noticing she used the same gloves to get the food and take money from the person in the drive thru. When she rang my son up (I was only there for him), I asked her if she switches gloves when handling food versus money. Her response was that she changes gloves all the time. Mind you, I just watched her NOT change gloves. We won't be back to this location. Only gave 4 stars for food because my son was satisfied with that.

I walked into Shipley's one morning to order 2 dozen mixed donuts and the place was clean, they had plenty of fresh donuts ready it was quiet, it was nice. So all in all, my 2 dozen donuts had a perfect mix of different donuts and my co workers loved them.

Went here this morning the employee didn't hear me when I changed flavor for one of my donuts. I ordered 1 glazed which was delicious. I canceled the chocolate glaze and ask for a buttermilk glazed cake. Because she didn't hear me change my mind about the chocolate glazed she gave it to me free. I've never tasted such nasty donuts in my life the chocolate and the buttermilk donut was garbage I left both at the bus stop. GET NEW BAKERS. WHO HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY. Disgusting taste absolutely horrible.

I literally just left there 10 minutes ago and damn they are the best donuts I've ever had. I'm really thinking about life again now. They are really that good. The apple filled, glazed, raspberry filled and strawberry filled. These are officially my weekend cheat snacks.
