I am a sales rep and spend over $1k a month taking breakfast, lunch and snacks to my customers. This location is HORRIBLE. On more than 1 ocassion I have been turned away when placing an order of more than 1 dozen kolache and donuts. They must not understand customer service or be in business to make money. Each time has been where they "don't want to sell out in the event they get another customer" Um I AM a customer!? No worries I will take my business to another location that appreciates sales and customer service.

Why do they have closed signs, but there are workers there and hours say until 4 pm. Like this all week- its 2pm

What has happened to this location? The employees seem like they don't want to be there. Their selection is so small compared to what it used to be. Kolachis were gummy and tasted old. (I went at 6:30am) I am bought an apple fritter, there were no apples in it. So disappointing...

Says open at 5am it's 522 and completely dark. I swear the shipleys in San Antonio suck. I tried this location cause the other one I went to the other didn't barely have any donuts at 530am. Never had this problem in other cities.

Been to this location several times at different hours of the day and they are always out of donuts. Says they are open at 5AM, and I arrived at 545AM and the business was closed and no worker on site.
I’ll never go here again and would advise anyone reading this to try a different location, because this one is the worst. Filthy dirty, poor service, hardly any product in the cases, and the online order I placed two days in advance was incorrect. I was told they were “out” of the chocolate donut holes. How could they be out if I ordered in advance? STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

I went this morning to pick up a dozen donuts and was disappointed at the selection. I asked the lady that was waiting on me if I was too early because there was hardly anything on the shelves and I didn't getanswer, just a shrug. Please make sure if someone is gonna come in and pay almost $15 a dozen, that there is at least a big selection. I will not be going back.
