I drove out of my way for a sausage, egg,cheese and jalapeño kaloche and cinnamon twist. Drove through and they were out of both. I asked the lady at the windows if they baked their donuts in house or if they had their donuts brought in. She said they cooked theirs in house. She came back with the bag of substitute donuts and said If I wanted some where that would have those I could go to another location. I was taken aback since they could easily cook another batch when they run out of something before 9 am on a sunday morning.

I usually like Shipleys for their cake donuts. I’m not sure if Shipleys is franchise out, but this representation of Shipleys quality was sorely missed the place was dirty. They had no cake donuts, and the staff was inattentive

I am a sales rep and spend over $1k a month taking breakfast, lunch and snacks to my customers. This location is HORRIBLE. On more than 1 ocassion I have been turned away when placing an order of more than 1 dozen kolache and donuts. They must not understand customer service or be in business to make money. Each time has been where they "don't want to sell out in the event they get another customer" Um I AM a customer!? No worries I will take my business to another location that appreciates sales and customer service.
