I don’t know why I keep going to this location. Never anything positive to say. This time the lady that’s always there she didn’t give me my card back. Yes it’s my responsibility but was in a hurry and drove off. Later realized I didn’t have my card. Went the next morning and she handed it to me, with no apology. 🤦♀️

Delicious doughnuts! Meh kolaches--great yeasty bread with a tiny sausage, a bit of cheese, and lots of jalepenos. I guess if you get here early morn, its more inviting inside, but for our 11am drop by for a quick snack before shopping, the place looked abandoned, doughnut shelves about empty, and one person working in the back--not very appetizing.

I stopped in for a dozen donuts which are just wonderful.
My wife absolutely loves Shipley Do-Nuts and visits occasionally to treat herself. On a recent visit, she picked up some of her favorite donuts only to discover that one was missing from the bag when she got home. We returned to the store shortly afterward to let them know, but by that time, the staff had changed shifts.
We explained the situation to the employee on duty, but she said she didn’t have access to the security cameras and couldn’t confirm anything. Rather than offering any kind of resolution or even acknowledging the mistake, she told me rather rudely, that if I wanted the donut, I’d need to buy it again.
It was disappointing to receive that kind of response, especially from a place we usually enjoy. A little understanding goes a long way.

This was my first time getting from Shipley's and I used the too good to go app. I brought 2 bags that were filled to the top. Great way to save $$ and help from going to waste. The lady at counter was very nice and conversational. I wish I had gotten her name.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! The worker is shady and wasn't there at the drive thru promptly, I never ever experienced this before. I knew something was up when she closed the side window just to tell me the price. But never again will I go back as she also stupidly gave me napkins with my debit card. See who starts it. Update regarding Shipley donuts reply, I called just so I could hear an actual apology because remember the Google community, we are the customer and I honestly don't have any reason to lie about the disgusting experience, that employee is lucky I didn't go in and cussed her ass out.
