The restaurant is old and could use some remolding, but the staff meeting as good. The food was not bad either but I think for me the veggies were the best. But I also went for breakfast and they were serving lunch already. That's my bad; really wanted waffles, sausage and eggs and biscuits. Luckily they had put out fresh biscuits and boy were they delish!

Was looking for somewhere good to eat and checked out the menu and said why not? Smelled good walking in. Felt welcomed right away, and led to a booth. It was about 1pm and they had a buffet and was asked to check it out. Oh man... It looked like, i had just dropped by someone's house while dinner was being served. Fried chicken, ham, fried and baked fish. meatloaf, mashed potatoes with white and brown gravy, some bomb mac and cheese plus more.... Desert they had strawberry shortcakes that you build yourself and fresh fruit. My new favorite place. Thank you!

Great breakfast buffet! Very clean and fast service! Definitely recommend.
My husband and I didn't realize it was buffet style, we don't do that anymore. As it's not worth it, because I'm a bariatric patient. However kudos to the staff they were very accommodating and I was charge for a sausage as that is honestly all I can fit in one setting. Definitely would come back because their customer service was awesome.

Don't bother. This place was awful. The staff ignored us, never brought menus or silverware until we asked them to. The food was terrible. Chicken tenders were anything but. Kids Grilled cheese was hard as a rock. The food bar was not stocked except for fruit covered in fruit flies. On a positive note, the ranch dressing was awesome and the cornbread was good, but they should supply butter for it.

My experience at Shoney was good, I didn't have to wait long to be seated. The service was ok. I like that there were gloves to put on before serving. I like that it is a self serve place. I like how they come to your table and ask to take dishes that are not being used away, so your table don't get too messy.
