SILO Elevated Cuisine - 1604

The salmon dish at this restaurant is truly exceptional. Every time I order it, the flavor is consistently outstanding—perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection, and always incredibly fresh. It's rare to find a place where a signature dish delivers the same great taste visit after visit, but this restaurant absolutely nails it. If you love salmon, this is the spot that sets the standard.

Went for an anniversary dinner during Culinaria and the menu was amazing. Service was wonderful as usual. Highly recommend!!!

Everything about the experience was outstanding. My appetizer was chicken fried oysters. They were perfectly fried, crisp, and served on a bed of greens with tasty hollandaise sauce. The lamb chops were fabulous! They were seasoned well, and cooked with a delicious crust on the outside with the inside meat medium rare. The lamb fat was rendered, exactly as it should be. The coconut pie is always incredible. The two types of bread, served without having to ask for it, were thick chunks of cheese bread and a grain bread with tiny bits of fruit in it. Both types of bread were fantastic, served hot with butter on the side. Service was perfect — attentive, but not at all hovering. The ambiance is warm, classy and comfortable. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Silo on 1604.

Service and food not what we're used to at Silo. Seemed understaffed. Entrees with Restaurant Week not the quality we are used to there.

The oysters were ice cold even though the plate was warm. The lamb chops were lukewarm even though the plate was very hot the meat was also tough.

I took my in-laws and husband to 1604 and it was amazing, as always! I was so happy to see Miss Jennifer back at 1604, she always makes the time to check on how our meal is and is super friendly! Chef Gary and his team always create the perfect meals, I'm not sure I've ever seen my FIL eat an entire meal at a restaurant without getting it packed to go. He ate all three courses! He ordered spinach salad with the warm Brie, the pecan crusted chicken and the Coconut pie and ate every bite! My husbands and my steak were cooked perfectly! Sheldon was a very sweet and attentive server and it was a pleasure having her take care of us for this special family lunch. This is my favorite restaurant in the city, we will continue to be regulars at all Silo Family restaurants!

We love eating at Silo. The food is great, the servers are always on top of taking care of you and your needs. We had Noel last Nita d he did an amazing job serving us.

We dined at Silo 1604 for our anniversary. The food as always was spot on. We always get the chicken fried oysters for an appetizer........outstanding!! And we had exceptional service from our server, Joel. Well be back!

This was truly an outstanding dinner. The wine pairings were excellent and the preparation of the quail far exceeded my expectations. The rack of lamb was such a wonderful experience. Both the wife and myself will be back. The service was great and the server knowledgeable about our choices.

We had the best experience at Silo. Great atmosphere and wonderful service. Even better food! We had the Salmon and the “fish feature” blackened redfish. With a pairing of Pinot Grigio suggested by our server. Absolutely exquisite! We look forward to our next visit. Thanks!

Outstanding food both in taste and quality - we have been coming to Silo 1604 for many years and they never disappoint. The service is impeccable and John took outstanding care of us - he always does, that's why I always ask for him to take care of us when we come to the establishment. This time we were celebrating my wife's birthday with our visiting family and everyone was impressed with the outstanding food they got served. I rate Silo 1604 a 10/10. Keep up the good work.

We thorougly enjoyed our dining experience at Silo 1604. The ambiance was quiet and intimate which is exactly what we appreciate when dining on a date. Our server David was attentive, friendly, and extremely knowledgable about the menu offerings. David always provided anything we wanted without ever being a distraction. I tried the pistachio-crusted redfish with scallops which was wonderful! And we finished off with the coconut pie; delicious!
