There is no higher compliment I can give than - after coming here the 1st time and the food and service (Thank You Freta) was AMAZING, to then come back a 2nd time - and have Freta remember my martini preference- and to AGAIN - have wonderful food and service - speaks to the high quay of Siloh Prime!

I cannot recommend the restaurant nor the server, Freta, any higher! Exceptional!

We went to the Silo for our birthdays and anniversary with a group of 10 total. The experience from the valet through dinner and back to the valet was exceptional. Our host Andrew was the ultimate professional. Great service, great recommendations, and really friendly. The appetizers were just as good as the main course. We had the seafood fondue, chicken fried oysters, the chilled seafood platter, and crab cakes. For the main course, we had the lamb chops, salmon, a few steaks, and various sides. Everything was delicious. The piano man was also wonderful playing tunes that a lot of folk knew. It is an outstanding experience, and we look forward to going back.

I cannot say enough good things about the food. Everything from the crab and lobster fondue to the sea bass, even the sides, were all so incredible and rich in flavor. The steak was cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth, and the sea bass had the perfect sear on top. Our server was very attentive and she made sure to accommodate all requests and was very friendly. We were allowed to finish our drinks at the end of the night upstairs on the rooftop bar, it was a great date night. Based on this experience, I will definitely return in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for something downtown.

What an epic meal. I had the quail, filet, side of mushrooms, and creamsicle cheesecake. An absolutely delightful experience in a great space with excellent service.
I also feel the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of the food serviceand atmosphere.

Amazing steaks and service.

Came in and we ordered the pork chop. Was on the dry side but the sear was spot on and flavorful. It was dry, but the flavor came through. We also ordered the ribeye medium rare. It didn't seem like it was “rested” before it came out due to the color and moisture observed on the plate as well as the palate. The plate was dry and lacked the normal juices that would come from a medium rare steak and was slightly firmer than previous experiences. Overall it had good flavor and the waitstaff was very attentive and accommodating.

There are a LOT of steakhouses in San Antonio. This one remains one of our favorites. It's quiet, it's not a gargantuan space, and the service is always spot on. And how's the steak? Always cooked to perfection. And don't forget to leave room for the coconut cream pie for dessert.

We dined on a Thursday night. Things were not crowded which allowed the waiter and wine steward to engage us. Truly an enjoyable experience for our anniversary that we will do again.

We came and had some awesome 32 ounce steaks!

Enjoyed the side dishes immensely. Had the sea bass as a main course and it was delicious. Cheese cake for dessert and this New Yorker loved it. I was with a large group of about 12 and the service was perfect...plus we could hear each other! Everyone was happy with their dish.

Had the best time with my 15 yr old daughter. We never had a tomahawk steak and had to try it. It was the best ribeye we have had and we love steak. The lobster tail , bread, Mac n cheese, and brussel sprouts all did the job! Highly recommend this place. Isaac did an amazing job explaining everything we asked.

At Silo we shared the crab cake appetizer, which is delicious and quite large. My husband thoroughly enjoyed a 10 oz Filet Mignon, and Brussel Sprouts side. I've had weight loss surgery so he gave me about 2 oz of his steak which was truly cooked to a perfect medium heat. I also got the “Small Wedge” which has a nice Maytag Blue Cheese and very good tomatoes. Our overall experience was top notch. We try to come to Silo whenever we are in San Antonio.

Once again, it was about the experience! José took such good care of us...although we're easy knowing we had a great waiter checking in! We planned on leaving to go to the rooftop bar, but we were happy in the restaurant with the ambiance and of course, our service! I left out how perfectly our steaks were prepared! Thank you!!!

Love this restaurant. The owners really have their act together with all of their San Antonio locations.
Great service, excellent food. Specifically, we wanted a nice red wine with our dinner to enjoy with our steak. The menu has a lot of pricey wines...up to the 2,000$ range. We were thinking it was out of our budget, but the somalier helped us and we had a fantastic Italian wine for under a hundred bucks. Thanks Austin! Well done.
Can't wait for another special occasion to return. Steak was perfect as well as all the great sides. Thanks Silo!!!!!
