Went specifically for a virgin pina colleague. To say I was disappointed is a mistatement. The slushy was cold and sweet but lacked all taste. No hint of pineapple or coconut present.
Outside service was adequate but indoors was shut. So I really can't comment on atmosphere bur I can tell you that you'd be better off going to Circle K to get a giant slushie for $1

i really love sip-it!! but would appreciate it if someone could please reach out to me! I’ve tried calling the store 9 times and cannot get through at all. I placed an order online through the SipIt website in 11/01 at 10:36pm, but got a call from the Uber Driver saying that the system shows my order as cancelled and they can’t confirm my order, but I have my receipt and confirmation. Ideally I’d like a refund or just a replacement drink :( Spent $30 to have it delivered and I’m not able to go in-store right now to fix this. Please reach out and let me know how this can be fixed!! Also, please fix your phone!! It rings 1 time and then immediately says “this caller cannot be reached” and then hangs up on me.

edit: Thank you for reaching out to me and solving my problem!! The manager of the location was able to find my order and sent me a gift card through my email as a refund! I will be using this very soon, thank you for your help and putting in the effort to make this right! Very helpful!

I stopped by the new location today around 2 PM and had a very disappointing experience. The staff member at the window was unprofessional and unhelpful. When I asked about a specific drink, she seemed clueless and responded with, “not too sure what you’re referring to.” Since the menu was placed past the window, instead of offering me a menu or helping me identify the drink, I had to get out of my car to figure it out myself.

On top of that, the drink sizes appeared inaccurate—my “32 ounce” order looked closer to a 12 ounce. While I could overlook the cup size, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this location.

Quick service. Nice employees. Good drinks with a variety to choose from. 20oz with an extra shot is $12.
