The staff at the Cibolo location is AMAZING. This review is by no means reflective of the experience rather changes by management. When I went today, I was a bit upset that there's no longer double point Tuesdays and as far as I could see it was not posted anywhere. This is poor communication for loyal customers.This was one of the reasons I went on Tuesday's so I could get to the rewards quicker. Please reconsider bringing back double point Tuesdays.

Didn’t get any food but I’d be lying if I said that I wasn’t intrigued, but the drinks are delicious love the variety of flavors and the flavor of the months are great ideas and gives me something new to try. The staff was very friendly and helpful

My 1st time going to Sip-It and I was very pleased with the atmosphere and the customer service. The cashier name was Nae and she was so cheerful and pleasant. She explained everything so thoroughly and was very patient with me. I give this place and the customer service an A+.
