In this restaurant there are some tricky people. Today I bought 6 products and they charged me twice as much for the highest priced products. I ended up paying more, but what this person didn't count on was my cunning. After seeing the amount that seemed excessive to me, I asked for the receipt, looked at it calmly and asked the other person behind the bar to call the manager for me. I told the manager to check the amount I paid with the credit card because it wasn't correct and double products were being billed. And boom, they returned the amount that the crook wanted to take from me.

staff was rude, although there was someone standing there she made me scan my own items for check out and then tossed the muffin at me that I ordered. counters and floors were all messy The trash cans were overflowing.

We were here in May 2023, really enjoyed ourselves, and decided to try the Gondola ride and the Sky Bistro restaurant for lunch in December. It had snowed and the views were crisp and breathtaking from the Sky Bistro. You will find the Sky Bistro to be fine dining. Excellent customer service. Well-prepared cuisine. Excellent wine list. You will find the Gondola ride, walking steps, terrace view and restaurants to be well worth the trip.

What a beautiful view, the most incredible in Banff. The food was tasty and great hot chocolate. We arrived around 11:30am and it was quiet. Jessica from South Korea was our waitress, she was kind and helpful. She offered to take photos of us and she made a romantic video of us too. Thank you Jessica for your time! Y muchas gracias, your Spanish was good!

The views, AMAZING! The food, outstanding. We had a very delicious meal at the Sky Bistro with beautiful views of the snowy mountains. Our server Annalise was so kind and sweet to our 3 girls and was prompt with everything we needed. I would recommend trying to get reservations to have a better chance at sitting by a window but either way the view is gorgeous even if you are not. Highly recommend the Chicken Stew and Bison Pappardelle.

There was an inconvenience when we used Sky Bistro for lunch. I think one white female server was racist towards us. I guess she felt bad for us Asians who brought her 1 and 3 year old kids. But she had a bad look on her face even though we tipped a lot. That was our only inconvenience. We live in Calgary. But then she asked me where I was from and I felt like it was inconvenient for her to bring her two kids. In fact, because of this server, she doesn't want to go next time.

From the moment we arrived to when we left, the whole experience and food was amazing. The views from our table was magical. If we had one fault then it was the fact my husband's seat faced out.to the landing where he felt like a goldfish in a bowl as people looking into this gorgeous restaurant were taking pictures and he felt it a bit imposing. We did bring this to the attention of the management who actually understood the problem and appreciated the feedback. This didn't detract from our experience. Would definitely recommend it
Great service and food quality. Unforgettable dinning experience! Jayden and all the staff made our 18 wedding anniversary memorable. They even treated us to a champagne toast and a delicious dessert. Super recommended :)

We had a sensational Christmas lunch here, and even got to witness a beautiful proposal by the couple behind us. Special shout out to our waitress Tash, who was nothing short of attentive and sweet. What a lovely way to spend Christmas Day!

Sophia was our server today, and she made sure we were very well fed! ?the burger is delicious, and if you don’t have a reservation, they take walk ins, just the table won’t be by the window, but the views are beautiful everywhere.
