Honestly the food is great and delicious I can’t complain about that but I wish I was really able to enjoy but it got cold really fast. They have the A/C freezing in here and my chicken and fries especially got cold really fast. I just made the experience not great for my family and I. I’m honestly not sure I will be eating inside especially when it’s cold inside and cold outside as well.

When this restaurant first opened the service and food were great. All the employees were cheerful and friendly. The past few months, all that has changed. Chicken has been undercooked a few times and employees are very transactional. I see a lot of new faces every time I go so seems like the turnover rate is high. Not sure if it’s management, but it definitely is not the way it was when they first opened.

Tried this place because the best well known chicken fast food place is closed on Sundays. More expensive, slower service and not nearly as good... not sure I see the point.

Went to this location after it first opened, service was amazing and very timely. However as expected about 2-3 months post opening the service was just like any other fast food place, the service is relatively good still and time wise they’ll try to be as quick as possible with your order but no guarantee. The food isn’t out of this world but it’s not bad and there is great variety which is very nice. I will say that I prefer slims over canes 100%. Pricing is very great in terms of competitors, I’ll get a wrap meal and the five piece meal and still pay less than what I’d get somewhere else for about the same portions. Will go back again and again.

Food was ehh it’s alright didn’t like the spicy chicken strips too much seasoning, bits was okay. Fries wasn’t salty. Fried pickles are on point. Will I come here again, no. Manager on duty was so rude yelling at me for dumping trash in trash outside and asked me to next time take my trash inside. Also customer service is not satisfactory, I told the drive tru girl it was my first time here and they didn’t offer me no hospitality; no napkins, no ketchup, don’t know if they have any other kind of sauces. Rude rude rude.

Best dessert ever, in a collective mason jar. We went thru the drive thru, the girl was super friendly, very knowledgeable about their brand (we had questions being it was our first experience there) and professional. The food was delicious, very hot and fresh. You will not be disappointed eating at this place. 💯

This chicken is honestly better than canes the ranch is top tier and overall this is a better chicken spot than canes

I absolutely love Slim chicken BUT, this location was very disappointing. The food was stale and the place was dirty and very under managed! Hopefully they can figure out a better business model because we usually go to the Kyle location and they are amazing with fresh hot food and exceptional service!
