Ordered my food and multiple people who ordered after me received their food while I was still waiting. I waited 20 minutes and after asking multiple times finally found out my food was just sitting in the back. It was missing items and cold and they did nothing about it. Don’t come here

Was a good quick lunch to grab while in the PX. The coleslaw was good but tasted a little generic. The chicken was crooked great, just a little on the small side. The bun was a buttery bun. That tasted amazing. The mac & cheese was a great side, however, it just tasted a little bland, but the consistency was there. Would be eating here again in the future.

Wow I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. I come here regularly with my mom and nephew and we’re always pleased with our family order! This place beats places Bill Millers or Canes any day; there’s actually flavor in the chicken! Fries are good, they always give more than enough. Macaroni is okay but still tasty, and the gallon of tea is yummy. I wish they were more available around SA! Also, don’t forget to grab a brownie!!

Me and my family ordered slim chickens and the second we ate it we all started throwing up over the next we few we could not keep anything down we went to the doctor and they told us we had severe salmonella we went to slim chickens to complain but they told the security to kick us out never eating there again.

Tried this after shopping at the BX, ordered right before a big crowd showed up. The food was made quickly, hot and flavorful chicken and lots of fries (lightly seasoned not too salty). Will need to try them again, maybe a closer location but will come back here if it's better.

My 1st time here, matter of fact my first time to the base of Fort Sam Houston and this place in the food court caught my attention got my kid a kids meal and I had to taste his chicken tender and it was actually perfect just the right seasoning and juicy. Definitely had my kid saying yum!! 2 thumbs up from us.

Pretty average. Wants to be like raising canes but the government version. Slims sauce is the way to go if you decided to go for it. Chicken tenders were tender and fell apart easily. Not too crispy. Fries were okay. Ranch is too salty for me. Bread was ok.

Thee most delicious chicken club sandwich I've ever had. Chicken was hot and juicy. Very flavorful. Crispy, light bacon along with a soft bun that melted in my mouth. Comes with cheese, lettuce and tomato. Mine was without tomatoes and cheese. Creamy sauce was sooo good! Sooo worth the drive! Fries were served hot and well seasoned. Service was excellent too. With a smile. We did drive thru and it moved quickly wasn't bad at all...we had to bring a waffles and chicken order hone for later lol. We will definitely be back.
