EVERYTHING tasted great. Came here on a whim after visiting the Witte and was not disappointed. Fantastic food. Wings and Santa Fe Smash’d Burger were standouts. Our server JARED did a fantastic job and was incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive. Will definitely be visiting again.

We were in the area for lunch, looked up burger places & found this one. The fried items were done perfectly. We ordered cheese sticks, fries with our burgers & a shareable onion rings. The burgers were ok. The problem started with the waitress not getting the order of a double cheeseburger correctly. That burger was only meat, cheese & mustard. That’s why it was ordered as a double because there’s not much on it & now there’s too much bun for that burger. The other burger we ordered was the wake & bacon, which is a tall burger since there’s so much on it. If you like breakfast, then this is the burger for you, the combination of flavors is delicious. The aioli really pairs nicely on the wake & bacon & I recommend eating it the way it comes. Again the fries were cooked perfectly they had a great crunch to them. They were different cause they were sugared instead of salted, but it tasted good. The onion rings were delicious & the order was a good size. When we ate the cheese sticks they were hot & cheesy just like they should be. Pretty sure we will try this place again & try some other items.

One of our favorite burgers in San Antonio. We visit for live trivia every week and love the food and service. Special thanks to August and Erin who always make us feel welcome.

Seems like they only hire genz's to work the bar. The food was mid and too seasoned. The live band was like bad karaoke. The only decently priced items were the bottled beers. Would not go again.

This is one of my favorite bars, and has been since I have been living in San Antonio. The bartenders are great personalities and make you feel super welcome. The food is unique and delicious enough to keep you coming back for more. I’ve been here a dozen times at least!!

The atmosphere was very cold, the staff didn't seam to know what they were doing as I placed my order 3 times the food was not what I expected, I know what a smash burger is. Smash Burger (the chain) which used to be in San Antonio was a larger patty and filling. What I got could only be described as a piece of roadkill ran over by a steamroller, it wasn't a 'smash burger' it was a pulverized burger. The fries somewhat made up for what they think passes for a burger. The young man with glasses whom I question is even old enough to drink alcohol let alone make a drink but that's neither here nor there, made me the worst drink I've ever had and it seams like he read it out of a book they have. I've never seen a bartender have to look up how to make a drink before. Let alone as I mentioned, a young kid. The other staff didn't seam to care to be there either. I was recommended by a band that frequently plays at Sams Burger Joint, which is where I will be keeping my business at from now on.

We heard some live music that was playing R&B so we decided to chill in the patio and order a few beers and burgers. The food was good. The band was great.

I'd say it's one of the best burgers in SA. Smash'd is conveniently located in Central SA near Pearl Brewery. There is a good amount of seating and it's pretty decently shaded for the warmer days. It's easy to order and the service is great.

Smash'd, which is situated on Grayson Street in SATX, is a great spot for a burger, side of fries, and a Coca Cola! :-) First, the staff here are incredible - they are SO kind, helpful, and accommodating! They do have a full bar, and the bartenders are so, so awesome!! The food here is delicious, specifically their Signature Smash'd, which is made on a sourdough bun, with American cheese, mustard, Smash'd sauce, and homemade pickles. They have a great outdoor patio, which is beautiful (particularly as they have many misting fans present, which certainly helps with the heat). :-)

During my first visit to this restaurant, a group of our friends came with my partner & I to see the Fur Trappers play, and it was fantastic (look them up on Spotify)!! Smash'd makes for a great live music venue and it's 100% worth visiting when there are bands playing. This is a great place - highly recommend!
