Really disgusting smell coming from behind their bar, like rotting food or something. Employees can't be bothered to acknowledge customers. Have to go to a counter to order but then was asked to tip 25%. Out of Turkey 40 minutes after they opened. Food was ok.

Went around 6:30 on a Monday. Stood at the register for a while before being greeted by anyone. Portions are small. Service is was barely provided. This is definitely more of a bar with food instead of a restaurant with a bar. Food itself was extremely greasy, tortillas were cold and hard (brisket tacos). The Mac and cheese was bland. Family had brisket sandwiches, with corn. Corn was also swimming in grease. Last time I was here was two years ago. This place has definitely lost its heart since then.

Came for some Texas BBQ and it was Monday meaning Pinkertons was closed. We are not locals, so came through door and was waiting for 4 mins to be seated but end up seating ourselves. Then was waiting for staff to check on us (party of 2) Noone came only to realize we had to place order at the bar. Rang me up THEN before processing payment it asked for tip startins at 20%, 25%, 30%, and last option of custom. Pain then They gave me a pager which was confusing cuz we sat down with intention of dining in. Food good even though when it came I had to remind them I had also ordered 2 beverages. Service not great, and atmosphere meh...OK. only regret with paying advance tip of 20%

Didn’t know I ordered a well done brisket. Nor did 2 of my mates. Brisket reminded me of Popeyes biscuits. Had I not had a water I probably would be another death there. Poor customer service from the Manager. Offered to give us more food instead of a refund or a partial refund at that. Y’all go to Pinkerton’s instead. Don’t waste your time.

From the start paid a $10 entrance fee to watch the UFC fight, they didn’t show the fight till mid way. Then the bar tender (who was in training) accused me of not paying the first tab then charged me again. I showed them both transactions on my account and ended up having to get a manager figured out if I paid or not. Ended up getting refunded for the other charge, I would understand if it was busy but the place was dead. THEN has a bust boy reached over and squeezed it to see if it was full or empty (common sense to just pick up the can) and splashed everything on the table while we were still there! Def not coming back.

Thos place has drastically went down hill.
The food was garbage, the prices were to high and the service was trash.
I regularly went to skybar when they had outside seating and nice VIP areas. Now its complete garbage.
Bar b q should NEVER be viewed as a top chef vibe.

Not accessibility friendly/up-to-code, and the general manager is too drunk or drugged up to hold a conversation to place a complaint to.

No Ada access

Wheelchair accessibility: No ramp here. Not sure how the city allowed this.

The food was cold, and the beer was room temperature. It was not what I expected at all, especially since this was the first time here.

The absolute worst experience EVER! Sat in the bar and had to order food from one side of the bar and drinks at the other. Had to have 2 separate checks… we had drinks at our table and left them to order food.. bar back tossed our drinks out. The bbq was average.. horrible experience…. I’d been here once before and it’s totally changed…. If you’re looking for bbq go some place else … avoid!!

The brisket. OMG. Not that the rest isn't great, but...THE. BRISKET. Melt-in-your-mouth . Give me more. As for the atmosphere, they have three floors: the ground floor is a sports bar, floor 2 is a rooftop bar, and floor 3 is the sky bar. The sky bar wasn't open when we arrived, but word on the street is that on the weekends, this is a happening place. Sorry, there are no pictures of the food this time. But we'll be back! Excellent parking, plenty of space to sit and kid friendly. So close to downtown, you could throw a rock and hit it, minus the struggle to find parking.

Wait staff was inattentive. Cussing and very personal stories being told by staff loudly enough for patrons to hear. Food was just ok. I liked it better when it was all outside.
