Came for some Texas BBQ and it was Monday meaning Pinkertons was closed. We are not locals, so came through door and was waiting for 4 mins to be seated but end up seating ourselves. Then was waiting for staff to check on us (party of 2) Noone came only to realize we had to place order at the bar. Rang me up THEN before processing payment it asked for tip startins at 20%, 25%, 30%, and last option of custom. Pain then They gave me a pager which was confusing cuz we sat...
The brisket. OMG. Not that the rest isn't great, but...THE. BRISKET. Melt-in-your-mouth . Give me more. As for the atmosphere, they have three floors: the ground floor is a sports bar, floor 2 is a rooftop bar, and floor 3 is the sky bar. The sky bar wasn't open when we arrived, but word on the street is that on the weekends, this is a happening place. Sorry, there are no pictures of the food this time. But we'll be back! Excellent parking, plenty of space...
Greated upon walking in the door. Seat yourself, as there was not a lot of people there between lunch and dinner. The server took my order, and food was brought and served to the table rather quickly. The ribs had a dry rub, and good seasoning and meat. The brisket was delicious. There was bbq sauce on the table to place on your food. The mac&cheese was great and flavorful, as well as the beans. The server made numerous check ups and drink refills. Will definitely...
