I stopped in at the SA AirPort Terminal A location last week on my way to Dallas. I ordered a chopped brisket sandwich and fried okra side. The fried okra was the best part of the meal. Hot, crispy and a nice sized portion. The brisket was cold and chewy, and the bun was hard and cold. I ate all the okra and left most of the sandwich. Good breakfast. I got the brisket taco and smoked sausage taco with a side of beans and potatoes. The tacos were full of eggs and meat, so plenty of food. The potatoes were fresh and well fried and seasoned, and you could tell the fryer oil had been changed recently. Wasn’t a fan of the refried beans and I wish they were BBQ beans instead.
Q your employee made a fantastic impression on us as far as how hard she works.How she keeps your place and how friendly she is coming in.As weary travelers, her friendly smile and her open arms to a table was nothing more.We could ask for. Truly a rare find.
