My favorite Smoothie King in the SA area. I have always received the best customer service at this location. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. I have specific dietary needs, and they have always been accommodating and cheerful.
However, it has to be noted that they do close 10 to 15 min earlier than the posted business hours when a particular staff member is the one closing. In her words, in order to get everyone "home on time." If I had known this I would have went to the one closer to my house. Now, I will do that in the future and just come to this one during lunch time. Just wanted to make everyone aware so that if it's close to closing just go to a different one so that you don't waste time if you're always pressed for it like me. She did say it cheerful like so can't be mad that I'll have to make my own smoothie for dinner. But I really wish I had known that the business hours weren't followed.

Mary was excellent and provided exceptional customer service! She had knowledge of her products and made us feel more than welcome. When you go to the smoothie king of Austin Highway ask for Mary you can’t go wrong!

We waited in the drive thru for over 30 min while we saw walk in customers get in and out. When they finally handed me my drink it was completely wrong. Asked for pumpkin espresso and I got handed a chocolate protein shake. Did not even get an apology for wait time.

I got an email about a summer line of smoothies and was super excited to try the raspberry lemonade one. I ordered and everyone was very polite and the order came out quickly. Was told I was the first person in the world to order one (lol) and that they hoped I liked it and I just want to say it's my new favorite thing. Good job guys! Have never had a bad experience with them.

Very disappointed in my mobile order today I wanted to get a smoothie bowl with the free 20 oz smoothie deal and this is what I received. I don’t know if they’re having you skimp on product or if the employees at this location just don’t care about quality.

I’m highly disappointed in this store. I called this morning and asked about eclipse glasses. They said they had several and would hold. She said she would hold 4 pairs for me so i could come by. I came as promised to buy my smoothie and the lady informed be that she gave them away. She had no remorse. I do not like when integrity is hit present with a business. Don’t Say you will do something and don’t. I won’t EVER BE BACK

The. Hick at the drive through just sounds like she hates her life can even understand her through the mumbling, and she looks at you like your a bother don’t bother service here sucks.
