I am very disappointed in the way this establishment is managed. There are team members that are very unprofessional and demonstrate behavior that is very unbecoming.

Ordered a PB smoothie bowl this morning and wow the best bowl I’ve had from Austin Hwy location! The texture of the smoothie was 👌🏽

The service from the manager Favian was completely unacceptable. The racial slurs, his attitude, and the general nonchalant personality was ridiculous. Whomever hired him needs to have him removed post haste. Not only was my drink wrong but he didn't correct that order. Didn't provide a refund or remake. I cannot believe he works here!!! Is this how you treat our service members??? Is this what smoothie kings finds acceptable.

I have been waiting in the drive-through line for 45 minutes and sadly we cannot get out of the line cause we are jammed in here because your service is horrible and they did not give us a heads up that they were shortstaffed or having trouble with anything we have wasted way too much time here

This location was my first experience to Smoothie King and it was sweet! I really loved how quick they were and how quality the smoothiesare. The title of king is deserved. 10/10 would recommend

They be putting too much ice in the smoothies, it doesnt have the consistency of a traditional smoothie more like an icey almost. Have to wait for it to melt to actually finish it

The Austin Highway location in San Antonio Texas was a great help and I love speaking to their staff please reward these workers for abundantly nice

Pulled up at around 8:39 pm. Saw they were open until 9 and the drive thru machine said closed. Was looking forward to a smoothie.

20m wait for 2 cars worth of smoothies ahead. Not great.

I never write reviews but I had to. Came there this morning. I always order a smoothie bowl & im always greeted by the sweetest girl in the world. She seems to have been working there for a while. We don’t know if she gets any appreciation but god, she deserves it. Me & my mom went there a week or two ago & she seemed like she was having a rough night but she looked at us with a smile :)) and had the sweetest voice ever per usual. She is an African girl with a ponytail and she has the sweetest heart. We tried to tip her personally but she refused as she said that you guys tips go to everyone. But she is so cute! Also the coco haze was delicious!

Always a hit, never once a miss. Online ordering through the application is smooth and seamless. I recommend this location. Great deals through the website. Staff are interestingly focused…? Order is always spot on. Clean restrooms. Clean parking lot. Clean drive through.
