The atmosphere here is always welcoming, I am greeted as soon as I step foot in the building. My bowl is always fresh and made quickly with a smile on their face! Love this location specifically, they’ve surpassed my standards.

$25 for two bowls that’s crazy and they weren’t even filled. I use to always come here and they changed especially the açaí it tasted fake with clumps in it. the fruit weren’t even fresh I wouldn’t come here again!!

Walked in on 11/22/24 at 2:45pm to the cooler being restocked with OLD SOGGY BANANAS! CLEARLY no one cares what is being served to customers at this location and it's unacceptable. Other reviewers have claimed that they found "chunks" in their bowls or that they had became sick after eating here. I believe them 100% because if the bananas look like this I can only imagine what else they are serving overripe.

Attempted to pick up a door dash order. I asked for an itemized receipt for the reward points (which I have done a few times before) and the staff said they didn’t have the receipt because they had “thrown it away”? That’s annoying.

Went through the drive through.
After ordering it had to be 10 -15 minutes before
the person even acknowledged me at the window. The person in front of my left without even grabbing their stuff. They didn't seem to be acknowledged either. Finally when someone came to the window.. they couldn't remember what I ordered too well. I paid.. got my smoothies. But had to have one re-made because it was really watery.
I'm just gonna find a different smoothie place next time.

I don't have the patience for this.

Tried this place out once. Ordered the peanut butter power-meal smoothie. It had clumps in it. I figured to just give it one more try. Ordered the gladiator chocolate coffee. It tasted funny, and I got real nauseous, not feeling so great, and got an upset stomach.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE!!!
