Experience overall was good. The only thing I saw improper was the young lady chewing gum with her mouth open especially when helping out. If she could please chew it with her mouth closed. Other than that the young man finished what she started he did a good

When I'm in the mood of a smoothie, especially post workout, this is the place to go! The staff is super friendly and they are always smiling. I've only done drive-thru but the shop does have indoor seating, which from the window looks really clean.

Ordered a peanut butter , power chocolate shake & it was very watery. No thickness to it. It was very busy so we didn't go back to exchange it. Sorry but someone needs to learn how to make a good shake especially for the price we pay. Not returning to this specific location.

My experience at this store was aweful. The employee who took my order acted as though she didn’t want to be there at all. Rude demeanor. I had my children with me and the girl at the register was talking to another employee and was ? her head off. Dropping a lot of fbombs. Told them to have a nice day no response from them what’s so ever. The smoothies were aweful. Ice still in them. I WILL NEVER go back to this store.

The worst experience ever. As soon as I walked into the store employees stared fighting they didn't care that a client was there. F word all around the store. I had to leave. Not sure if I will coming back to this store.

Service was slow and rude. My smoothie came out grainy and completely without flavor. It was like a green chalk smoothie. I don't recommend this location.

On a hot day, like every other day in San Antonio, this Smoothie King makes it very easy to order something and get in and out without any problems.On this particular visit, it took a total of 5 min to get in an order and get my three smoothies (2 Lil Angels and a Pure Energy). The guy that took my order was respectful and audible through the the mic.The kids' smoothies didn't last long, and they confirmed it was because the smoothies were delicious. Mine was good too. I didn't have any trace of powdery taste or chunkiness. If anything I would say it was perfect, but could have been icier on a scorching 100+ day like today... remember, this is Smoothie King, and not Icee King... so, you get a good product that doesn't get left in the cup after you suck out all the flavor.It was the first time in a long time, and it was well worth the revisit.
They won't have your order ready, and then would not refund you if you ordered through the app. DON'T DO THIS!!!Also, they have not enough people to pick up the phones and have their orders on time... Such a waste of time and gas! Rude management, and crew. Zero stars.

i've only stopped in twice and the quality of the product is good! however, customer service is so awful. the store front could be empty and no one will say hello just walk up to the register and wait for you to tell them what you'd like. also the store smells kinda funky like protein powder and chemicals??? honesty the smell is indescribable

Just left from here and the short black man just said the total didn’t even repeat the order back at drive through even though we ordered through the app. He had attitude and asked to park upfront and he would bring the drinks out. Waited about 10 minutes and drinks were never brought outside and finally went inside they were just sitting on the counter because they “got busy”. Trash.
