It looks like this store has been renovated. I was ordering smoothies for my father and myself. The drive through went quick. I got to the window, I tried to show Toshi my QR code to get points. He was like, "Um, are systems are down right now." I told him corporate had just updated their App for the 3 time this past. I think I threw him off with my joke about "at least their ice cream machine was still working." Toshi did a fantastic job and quickly got us our order. Keep up the great work!

We went to get an açai bowl, and the worker stated they are out of bowls, spoons, fruit, and everything else! If you are advertising a new item I guess you have to have all the supplies in stock. We were very disappointed.

Staff was so accommodating! My son wanted the chocalaka without the chocolate, basically vanilla. He asked me to let everyone know it is delicious! The staff said they never made it that way before and offered to remake it if he didn’t like it. But he loved it!

I walked up to order and the man told me I could order on the other end. He was on the drive thru register. I walked over and he walked away and started doing something else. After I ordered the trainee new guy was about to make my smoothies in a dirty blender. I told him it looks dirty. He sounded surprised. I hope he cleaned it first. I was too disgusted to watch.

I don’t like the fact that the guy in the drive-through window wearing shorts and tattoos says to me “I’ll have your order when I can”. After that, I felt like I shouldn’t have tipped him. I’ll just go to another location next time.

I got 2 smoothies here, I always order a strawberry pineapple smoothie without milk and they’re always able to make it but this time this guy called SAM was super rude, as soon as we get there he had an attitude, he left us hanging with no answer until we get to the window and he didn’t get our order, even when he asked 3 times… he gave us the wrong ones, tasted super nasty and took more than 10 minutes to gave us 2 metabolism strawberry pineapple and of course with milk… super bad service at this location (Night Shift).
15 people standing around waiting on there orders me and 4 others in line only 2 employees 1 on window and one trying to keep up with all the orders I stood there at the counter for 8 minutes and no one ever came to take the orders at the counter so I finally walked out after I realized thay did not have any employees to take the orders inside save your self the time and go elsewhere or you qill be standing around in this place for a very long time!

I've been having a good experience at this Smoothie King ? for a few months now. I usually stock up on 32oz. and eat them throughout the week for a quick meal replacement. I love their smoothies so much Ive been thinking about going on a Smoothie King diet to see how much weight I can lose. ?
