Extremely long line. Did not open windows or use speakers to talk to customers ignored us and did not answer anyone. Only help people inside, everyone was leaving

The very worst service that I have experienced in a very long time. And then on top of the laughing, most ridiculous treatment by 2 teenagers they actually charged theirselves a tip on my card. That is theft. And has been reported. Run...do not go to this one...the worst service and then thieves ... do you think this is so funny now.

Whole time drive-through experience waited in line for approximately 1520 minutes while staff in there talking one drive-through girl that is working is just leaning on the drive-through window having a conversation, not trying to be customer friendly or the speed of the customer service experience in the Smoothie King overall horrible service ever at Smoothie King

I’ve had the most pleasant visit at the smoothie king @ Potranco and 1604. Mrs. Hall and her staff are very friendly, professional and polite. My wife and I have visited multiple smoothie king locations this is by far the very best location.

Every time I come here and Taylor serves me, she is quick and makes an amazing smoothie! That being said, when any other person (except the manager, I forget her name), it always takes 10-15 minutes (sometimes longer) to get my ONE SMOOTHIE I order from here. I've tried going inside (they ignore you & serve the drive thru) and I've tried the drive thru. It always takes a RIDICULOUS amount of time.
On another note, there's a girl working in there with booty shorts having half her rear hanging out. That doesn't seem very sanitary when you're a food server.
Please do better you guys!

Ordered a smoothie bowl from here (Wrong idea). The bowl was so sweet I couldn’t even eat it, the consistency of it was so watery that I’m not sure how anyone who made it could possibly think that this was considered a smoothie BOWL. Second time ordering from here and it will be my last. This stuff is far from healthy at this place. Smh trash

The smoothies are always made well and delicious, but compared to other smoothie places it takes ages to get your smoothie even if you’re the only customer. There is no hurry to get things made and takes about 10 minutes if you’re there by yourself and 20-30 if people are in front of you. Given there is no competition on Potranco it’s still the best option. If competition does arrive, I expect it will take a lot of their business

This location is always so busy but the staff does a great job getting the orders out expediently! They always are smiling & the store is always open, clean & smells nice. The store manager and her staff are very pleasant every visit.
