Out of the 5 smoothie kings I frequent, this is the only one that consistently leaves one employee alone and thus service is extremely slow. It's the same complaint over and over again on reviews ? I feel sorry for the employee.

This location has awful service. The middle aged female employee has the worst customer service and attitude. Both my husband and I have had negative experiences with her on multiple visits. It’s such a disappointment because we are not asking for anything beyond ordering a simple smoothie. I dread going to this location because of her.

This is the slowest location I have been to. One person working and just continued to take walk in orders while all the online and walk in orders piled up. People just standing around waiting for their orders and he ended up making them in the order people complained. I felt bad for the kid working. Clearly a management problem.

Understaffed and according to manager on duty when I last visited, owners will not allow her to hire additional workers. I came in on a Sunday around 12. The manager on duty had a 45 minute backlog of orders and told me it would be that long before she could handle my walk-in order. Whatever the story is with this location, it’s not run well as it’s below 3 stars and the Rim location is 4+ (literally a 5 min drive South on I10 and you’ll get better service).

I get a smoothie daily and frequent this location at least once a week. This morning I placed my order on the app (at 8:25am) as I always do and when I got to the store the doors were locked (at 8:36, door says they open at 8am) and there was no one inside. If you’re not going to open on time, will you please turn off your ordering system so I don’t have to jump through hoops to get my money back? I went back in to the store to get a refund this afternoon and was told a manager would refund me in 3 business days. I am disappointed because I go to this store regularly and am now going to go out of my way to go to different locations.

Spent $17 and all the smoothies were super watery like a juice and not thick at all. Had a crying baby so didn’t notice till I had already left.
