Smoothie King

I come here like 2-3 times a week, and the staff are always very polite and attentive. Today Jessica H took my order, and she was just fantastic! I would highly recommend this location!

The Smoothie was great.
The Diarrhea was not. Food borne illness is very serious. Wash your hands or blenders or fruit better. Also, it's a bad idea to use the POS system then immediately handle food with no gloves.

Went in earlier this afternoon to get a smoothie and was treated extremely rudely by one of the workers. I believe her name was Marena. After making a complaint about my order she proceeded to argue with me. Never been so rudely treated by a service worker. Will not be back. Smoothie she made was trash, too. See you at tropical smoothie cafe!

I usually go through the drive through when I go to smoothie king just because I have children, but I am so happy that I went to this location, which I don't think has a drive through.So I walked inside and couldn't have been more impressed by the entire experience. I received a blow away greeting, which is very rare nowadays. Kendra was the young woman that helped me, and she was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the most delicious smoothie! She even said that if I did not like what she had suggested that they stand by their blend promise. She would make a smoothie for me, if I did not like the one I decided on and that just made me feel so much taken care of as a customer. Kinda like we got your back! Haha. Unlike the location at Research drive, who told me that if I ordered anything, they could not remake anything. I asked if I could get a different one, and they said no, whereas Kendra willingly informed me of the blend promise. Definitely love the vibe and this is the location I am sticking to! Thank you Kendra!

Had a great experience very busy as well but still managed to get my smoothie and toast on a good time frame ,Marina was very helpful ,patient with me as well she put me on the app ass we’ll definitely will be going on Friday for the upsize 🙂

I had a great experience at Smoothie King thanks to Miyumi! She was super friendly, welcoming, and really knew her stuff. I wasn’t sure what to get, and she suggested a smoothie that ended up being exactly what I needed, it was delicious! Her positive energy and great customer service made my day. Definitely appreciate her help!

The employees were very respectful

But their juices 🥤 were not testy at all it exact tested the same as what the dispenser juices test like in QT Gas Station

We paid almost $12 for something like adding dry juice powder over a snow ❄️ 🥹
