I do not give 5 stars very often And I wish I was getting paid for my reviews lol. But I have to give a huge shout out to 2 people who always go above and beyond every time I come in and I have not always had the best experience at the Smoothie King's but CC, who is a newer associate and Preston I think he's a manager. They are absolutely wonderful. They have helped me with in depth questions and took care of me when I had bad experiences.. They've made my Stop so amazing. I just have to spread the word. I hope both of these 2 associates get recognized for going above and beyond the Call of Duty. Thank you so very much for helping me.

I decided to revisit SMOOTHIE KING, and I’m pleased to say that Mr. David truly turned things around for me. He prepared my smoothie with impressive speed and efficiency, all while taking the time to listen to my concerns. Thanks to his attentive service, the issue I faced has been completely resolved. I’ll definitely be returning—thank you, David!

David was most excellent tonight and the red/black haired girl that I first thought was all by herself was also really seeet to let me know she’d be right with me as she was apparently fixing the orders ahead of mine or something. Very good professionalism by both of them and definitely was worth the waiting for my order to be taken and the frustration with the app. (My app hasn worked in over a month for the one smoothie I always get so I’ve had tk come in multiple times and a whatever location have had varying service, hence why these two deserve a good raise!!)

Worst Location to go to never coming back. The two teenage girl employees have an attitude problem and don't know how to do their job. One was a small short girl with glasses and dirty blonde hair and the other was a girl with brown hair in a clip and had some facial piercings.

Unfortunately, I didn't purchase a drink for myself as 2 attempts to order a drink weren't successful: 1. They "have pumpkin somewhere in the system but not sure where." So anything with pumpkin is out. 2. Although I have always been able to previously substitute blueberries for strawberries in the Angel food drink, I was told today I couldn't even though I was willing to pay extra as I have in the past.

I ordered a 32-oz smoothie and asked for the free Friday upgrade. The short haired girl with glasses and her airpods in told me that I I had already received the upgrade, but the receipt proved that I had paid full price. She was not interested in helping me beyond that. I love driving 15 minutes just to be treated like I don't matter.

Prices on the menu do not match. When asked about this the employee, Allison, not sure if real name not wearing name tag, proceeded to lie about how the app works. When I made her fully explain and show me on the terminal, I was correct and the prices were off by a dollar. No big deal, I understand this girl is not in charge and I ask for the manager name and number. I was told she could not give this out. The phone number I understand, but I was being refused even the first name of who runs this location. Highly upset that I was told by the employee that the store manager said to the employees not to give their first name, and to instead take OUR information instead. Such a joke, I don’t think I will be returning, extremely underhanded to have different prices on the menu boards and then charge everyone a different price and lie about how things works.

This is my second time to visit this location, and this time was even worse than before.I ordered a chocolate shredder, but when I got it, it was both lumpy (unblended) and bland. I asked the worker to remake it, and it was even worse: photos below.I don't blame the workers at all; based on the other reviews, it seems like more training and development is needed. Will this location need to bleed revenue before corporate sends additional resources to help its team at this location?Will not visit this location until further notice.
