Prices on the menu do not match. When asked about this the employee, Allison, not sure if real name not wearing name tag, proceeded to lie about how the app works. When I made her fully explain and show me on the terminal, I was correct and the prices were off by a dollar. No big deal, I understand this girl is not in charge and I ask for the manager name and number. I was told she could not give this out. The phone number I understand, but I was being refused even the first name of who runs this location. Highly upset that I was told by the employee that the store manager said to the employees not to give their first name, and to instead take OUR information instead. Such a joke, I don’t think I will be returning, extremely underhanded to have different prices on the menu boards and then charge everyone a different price and lie about how things works.

Simply awesome! Their smoothies are incredibly tasty and refreshing. Plus, they have a wide range of flavors to choose from, so there's something for everyone. The customer service is fantastic too, making every visit a delightful experience. I highly recommend giving Smoothie King a try if you haven't already. You won't be disappointed!

The bowls are awesome! Very filling, but don't weigh you down. Açaí and Pitaya, are both full of antioxidants, so it's great to have a treat that is actually good for you!

This smoothie king was probably the worst smoothie king I have been to. The customer service was trash, they were moving so slow and my smoothie didn't even turn out to be good so I will not be spending my money here ever again.

This is my second time to visit this location, and this time was even worse than before.I ordered a chocolate shredder, but when I got it, it was both lumpy (unblended) and bland. I asked the worker to remake it, and it was even worse: photos below.I don't blame the workers at all; based on the other reviews, it seems like more training and development is needed. Will this location need to bleed revenue before corporate sends additional resources to help its team at this location?Will not visit this location until further notice.

Terrible experience today. Waited over 30 minutes for my smoothie. Saw 5 or 6 people come in & out while I waited. Finally someone asked what the name on my order was and I waited 10 minutes after that to be told that they’ll go ahead and make my order. I had to tell them my order again and it was made in 30 secs. After all of that, the smoothie came out “3 out of 10”. Almond weren’t blended. ??‍♂️

When I drank it, it felt like I lost 200 calories in 2 seconds. Very delicious, I'm not usually someone who likes seeds, but with this, I didn't even care! 9.7/10

So "smoothie king" has great smoothies. This location has struggled with wait time so much. At first thought it was a new location problem seemed to balance out and they were doing better. 10 minute wait or less. This weekend has been a hot mess. My husband ordered online and over 1/2 hour later still not even close to be ready so he just left. Next day I went and they had signs up please be patient with staff we are having technical difficulties. They told me 15 minute wait. 30+ minutes still waiting. They have 3 people so maybe they need increase staff or if machines aren't working fix them. Go to Universal City or the other one off 1604.

Jasmine the manager is doing an awesome job. The staff is very friendly and polite. Never have issues when calling in to place an order on the go or even with a walk in . Smoothies always taste great ?

This is my first time at THIS smoothie king location, and the staff were very welcoming, and friendly. The store was also bright and very clean!! I'm going to go to this location from now on :-) I don't recall the 2 employees names that I spoke to and asked a question but, if they read this. Keep up the good work!! It's the little things that make a big difference!! Keep smiling!

Food and Quality is on par with other locations. However, waiting more than 40 minutes for 2 smoothies and bowl is beyond ridiculous. Obviously the staff is overwhelmed. I am assuming the bowl takes more time or is a pain to prepare while working on smoothies as well so it goes lower on their priority. However, why would you break up orders. It took 20 minutes for one smoothie. The next was ten minutes later and then the final bowl was another 10. The bathrooms have not been updated in at least a decade. Everything is manual: hand pump soap, self flush toilet, hold and cold taps on the sink, and regular paper towel dispenser that gives at least 7+ towels at a time so there is always waste. For a place that charges $9 for a fruit smoothie, you would expect things to be more on point. Especially in a post COVID world. At least the bathroom was clean.
