The smoothie was good and the atmosphere was nice and the store was clean. I went in and no one was upfront when the female worker did come out, I ordered a small smoothie. Another customer came in after me and she also ordered but a large. She got her smoothie before me which was fine, however following that the female worker walks to the back, disappears for about 10 min (I’m thinking maybe she ran out of something I needed in my drink) but you can hear laughing in the back. No one was coming up front even after another customer came in who was waiting at the register to order. In order, to get the female worker back to the front, I was opening the front door for the doorbell to make a sound, 2-3 times. When she comes up her hands are empty so it wasn’t cuz she needed supplies. I’m sure she forgot I was there. A male worker also coming out with her. He goes straight to the register and She has a surprised face that I’m still there waiting for a smoothie she hasn’t made but doesn’t apologize for the wait. There was no accountability for the service.

I absolutely love my local Smoothie King at Bandera & 1604! The staff is incredibly friendly and always greets me with a smile, providing top-notch service every time. Their smoothies are not only refreshing and delicious but also a great, healthy option. I'm a big fan of their smoothie bowls, and I'm excited about the new high-protein snacks and food they're rolling out. I've already tried the Avocado Toast and the Loaded Chocolate Hazelnut Toast, and they are both amazing. It's the perfect spot for my son and his friends to hang out, and I love that they can get a healthy and delicious snack. The welcoming atmosphere, combined with the quality of the products, makes this location a true gem. Shoutout to the hardworking staff at this Smoothie King Bandera location!!
