Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

My wife and I have been coming since this location opened, we love the food and we typically love the staff as well. This time, the lady at the front was very nice as always, but our waiter, Arturo, was so unfriendly and seemed upset to be serving us. Not sure if he didn’t like that we had our infant with us? Was not talkative at all, even tried to crack a couple jokes with him, and he just seemed upset. Then when he walked to the table by us with 2 women, he was nice and was talking with them. Have no clue why he treated my family like that, but we won’t be returning after this. We’ll be going to Le Peep down the road, where the staff treats my family amazing.

We were really looking forward to brunch at Snooze, (mind far from the first time we been here) but the service and overall vibe were such a disappointment that we left before even ordering.

From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attitude was off. Multiple servers made eye contact but walked away without greeting us or offering help. The bartender, with only one guest at her bar, never even looked up from her station.

Eventually, a woman in a t-shirt, shorts, and crocs came out and asked if we had been helped. When we said no and asked to be seated outside, she very rudely and hastily replied, “We don’t have servers for that area, follow me.” The tone was so unwelcoming that it instantly turned us off.

I understand casual dress, but there’s a difference between casual and looking like you just finished cleaning your house. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one was enough to make us decide not to stay for brunch.

Love this spot. Food is always amazing and delicious.

Food was presented well and tasty. Only issue I had was food was not hot. Their special spicy bacon plate was yummy. My Denver Omelette was very good. My girls sweet potato breakfast plate was good, could gave been 2 eggs instead of one. Her spicy syrup was great. They put unique twists on their food. Wait staff attentive and friendly. My sangria was great.
Second visit comments. The pancake flight was excellent, very tasty. My partner and I had the Garden Omelettes and added ham and cheese, very tasty. The hash brown was very tasty as well. All of this was obviously fresh. Only small negative was fruit dish was too ripe. We will definitely be making this a regular place to visit.

Snooze is an awesome place ! Food is great , service is great . But the energy is what I really love . Mercedes, our waitress has got to be one of the best waitresses I've ever had , anywhere. She is energetic , professional, friendly, and has a beautiful energy. She is perfect for a perfect restaurant. I highly recommend Snooze. And definitely will be back .

had an excellent experience at Snooze. The service is outstanding, and I really love that you can jump online and get in line ahead of time instead of waiting around at the restaurant. The food is high quality. Food is fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The prices are a little on the higher side, but absolutely worth it for the experience and quality. The atmosphere is calm and not too loud, which made it a great place to enjoy a meal and good conversation.

This was our first time eating at Snooze. Hostess was rude, someone needs to teach her how to smile. Environment too loud and too bright. The food was too expensive for what you get and did I forget to say the food was cold when we got it. I wasted $70.00 there for horrible food. Never again
