This place was an absolute zoo. Waited for a table for over 30 mins in freezing cold to no avail, while other people simple walked on before us. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

I was in the huebner location waiting for an to go order. I was never greeted or asked if i needed help the 10 minutes i stood there. although, after 10 minutes i had a key manager come up to me questioning me about my outfit and basically saying i had no clothes on. I was wearing an oversized hoodie with BIKER shorts. After i lifted up my hoodie to have to show my outfit she just walked away laughing. I still was not helped after that about the order until i started using a stern voice to the hostess questioning why they had time to embarrass me in front of the whole restaurant but not had time to actually ask me what help i needed since they didn’t even know i was a doordasher
I did NOT appreciate the experience i had here at all especially for a place that states they accept everybody without any judgement plastered on their door. I never even ate here before either but this experience makes me want to avoid this restaurant completely

Food was delicious! It was so good that I forgot to take a before picture (but I did include an after to show how it was absolutely demolished!!!) We had the OMG French Toast and the Whipped Cottage Cheese Bowl. I don’t need to elaborate on the French toast seeing as it’s the restaurants most popular dish, but the bowl was a surprisingly delicious addition if you like something light and fresh. Shoutout to our sever Ashley who made sure all our food came out promptly. Great spot for a brunch and id recommended going on a weekday seeing as I can assume how it can fill up easily on weekends. Thank you Ashley and the team at Snooze for the great meal!

First issue, hostess didn’t add us to the waitlist but said she sent us a text letting us know our table was ready… we never got it so they gave our table away. Service was great but for the amount of food, quality and pricing… let’s just say you’re waaay better off at Kirby Lane. Fried rice was way too salty, the classic breakfast was bland and flavorless… please save your money we ended up spending $75 for two…

my food was supposed be ready 20 minutes ago. There’s so much food in the kitchen so I don’t get what’s taking them so long to run it it out. Slow service. Unhappy

We went on Tuesday and it was busy but not that busy. We waited for our table for about 40min. Other people came in and were sat right away while we still had to wait. There were only 4 of us and larger parties were sat before us. I'm not sure if they were on the wait list and that's why they got in before us. It also took forever to get our food once we ordered. The food was good but I'm not sure it was worth the wait. We got there at 11:20 and left at 1:40.
