ZEROS stars , if I could give this place zero stars ! NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY, OVER PRICED VERY MUCH. I don’t know when their prices increased but it not worth , WAITING MORE THAN 30 mins for two snow cones and funnel cake , place smells like weed, as a parent i wouldn’t bring my child here , good thing we didn’t have our daughter with us , waiting outside in
the hot , not worth it and didn’t fill one of the snow cones with syrup and when asked to put more, worker said there is a lot and pour barely anything in it. Not worth ur time or money , do not come here.

Great options. The Picadilly was so good. My son loved his pina colada snow cone with ice cream! Loved the music. We will be back.

Stay away from this place!
Man, lemme tell you the bs I just witnessed.
First of all. There was funk in the air and not in a good way. The music was loud like in an obnoxious way, along with the smell surrounding the building. Idk who was the owner. But they need to re-evaluate the atmosphere and all around look of the place. Inside and out. It looked like they were hotboxing someone’s bedroom on the inside of the place. And the customer service… what i just witnessed was ridiculous! Had people waiting outside knocking on the window, trying to figure out where the hell their order was at. Door dashers were being pretty much ignored. And the ones who had placed an order there before us, didn’t know what was going on either. Saw one customer have a window slammed in his face mid sentence. A child.. A CHILD was completely and looked over by whoever was behind the window. The two guys inside looked completely lost. But it’s explainable seeing all that smoke in there.. from what? I couldn’t tell you. It wasn’t food from the smell of it. Absolutely ridiculous and outrageous experience. So bad we left after we placed the order. Was not worth whatever i was gonna get. Buddy couldn’t even get orders right.
Do yourself a favor and away from this sorry excuse of a snack shop.

New owners...first person to order & still waited 45 minutes to get a nachos & a sundae
Prices are the best part. I am a regular
Owner is very sweet. Me and my husband have been there three times now. We’ve had frozen lemonade, raspas, burgers, fries, sweet tea, chili cheese fries, frito pie. Only complaint is fries were a bit too toasty for my taste. Other than that, everything was perfect! Theres is a bit of a wait as he gets things ready but it’s all worth it, I promise!
Oh and he takes cashapp!!
took 10 minutes for the people to even notice me waiting to place my order, major red flag. asked for a funnel cake with ice cream and chocolate drizzle, and corn in a cup. got a funnel cake with nothing on it, and the most disgusting vile corn in a cup ive ever seen. i took one bite and threw it away. the people were clearly extremely high and reeked of weed. they had pillows and blankets in the back of the room. i dont know whats going on in this place but do not come here. it used to be great but its gone extremely downhill. saw other people complaining about bugs and ashes in their food and i dont doubt it. run far away from this place
Want to get a good and quick snack, this place is a good choice on the Southside of SA.

This place is posing as Mamas Gumbo, The building is completely disgusting, there’s an entrance to the building, which the chef will harass you if you accidentally go through it, and the place is absolutely covered in flies. I’m not sure why anyone would eat here, or order from here ever.
The guy worker there was awesome! I got a sweet treat and saw they hand some Cajun food there. I got their gumbo it was so good!!
Had the BEST Sno balls in my life, Creamy Ice and Excellent Gumbo ... Service must be picking up, got my food and I did say food in no time, the last review was unfair and must be the competitiveness, lol definitely will return

The service was painfully slow, and to make matters worse, the place had an odd vibe like someone actually lived there. It didn’t feel like a real business, more like someone’s home.
I went in expecting a simple raspa, but instead, they were trying to sell me gumbo and other random items that weren’t even on the menu. Before I arrived, I checked what they offered, but
If you’re looking for a quick and easy stop for a raspa or real chilly treats I’d recommend checking out “210 Ice Cream on South Flores” or “La Gran Michoacana across from Birria Barrio Y Mas.” They have so Much better options!!
