Food service and ambiance horrible staff disrespectful long long wait times sonic on Walzem San Antonio Texas is ridiculous idk how they are open your staff is horrible none of the speakers work and the staff gets smart whether your are making a delivery or ordering...idk how you guys are in business .It's ridiculous it's worse than shopping at Wal Mart ....I have never been so disgusted in my life. Sonic you get no stars .

Waited for 5 minutes at the walk up stahl to order. They deactivated the button three time.First words out of the cashiers mouth "Cash Only." I ordered a large tater tots $3.09 soft pretzel twist $1.99 and a crispy chicken sandwich $5.09.Waitef anotjer 15 minutes for my order. I looked in the bag and saw only a kids tater tots. As she handed me my change of $29, i told her "you madr a mistake. I oordered largw. These ate small and cold." The fay girl literally sneared at me.When i looked in the bg, ut was the same small portion only in a large box.This SONIC Needs to be shut down like the others. Food bad, no service, rude, dirty, bad staff.Attached see how my order came. The only right thing eas the soft pretzel twist.Fire the manager.

This is the worst sonic I've been to. I only come here because it's the closest one by my work. The screens are never working so you never know if they'll be able to take your order. Then when you fo through the drive thru they take forever to answer. Also majority of the time the staff is very rude.Edit: My first time coming back here since I posted the original review and this place is still horrible. They only had 2 people working. Why even have the restaurant open if you're that severely undrrstaffed?

Slow and rude service. Waited about an hour in the drive through for shitty refried cold food accompanied by a rude bitch at the window. Got charged for what we ordered although not every item was complete churro shake with no churro etc. They really should shut down all Sonics considering most everyone of them is pretty much the same. Didn't even deserve a star. Unfortunately this app makes you leave one
Placed an order at the drive thru & they told us to pull up for our total. Once we got to the window, the young man stuck his head out the window, looked at my boyfriend & said "what's up"? In confusion, my bf said "uh. What's the price"? Then, the guy goes to get his female co-worker to come to the window & ask "um what can I get you"? We left. 10-15 minutes wasted

I ordered route44 cherry lime slush 15min later I realized I had not received my order. The employee said it's on the way. I waited another 8 min and left....23mins of my life wasted that I'll never get back. SMH

This place was dirty and trashy out side which was my first warning ⚠️⚠️ however it was close to my job. Most of the stalls are broken . I had to move stalls twice to get answeredWhen I FINALLY get my food the tater tots are hard, stale, greasy,and cold. I asked for no onion and extra Mayo.I get a half cooked meat, an un grilled dry bun .I got Xtra mayo!! But nothing else. The lettuce was wilted and old. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND MY MONEY HERE!!!!!

Rude staff slow service, those tables were put there for pedestrian customers but the staff treated walk up customers like criminals. Being told to take my food and go somewhere showed me the truth about this owner/manager etc.Just yesterday I walked by and saw 4 off duty employees hanging out at the same table I was told I could not eat my food at.Not the staffs problem but when a tipping customer gets run off the staff looses out.
