I went through one of their kiosk around 9:00 pm on 2/24/2024. We ordered 3 number 7 combos 2 with tater tots and 1 with regular fries. Not only did I have to correct her about the order but rudely said "yeah that's what I just said" they let the homeless people go through their trash. There were 2 girls in there taking their sweet time getting orders out. One of the girls had red hair and the other one was working with her air pods on. Vanessa (If that is even the correct name she gave me) was very rude. No customer service skills at all. She would not like to be treated the way she did me if she was a customer here. Also this Sonic has gone downhill. Everything is broken from the stalls, and drive thru window to the tall sign in the street. The wonder the service is never good. If the owner doesn't take care of their store why should he care to hire good employees.

One of the worst service I have ever I put it in the order cranberry slushie medium a blue raspberry slushie with nerds large and I had to repeat my order and then they told me to go through once I got there they told me they couldn't hear the last order so I told him a medium and then another employee came up to the window with sunglasses on which I find is highly disrespectful.
