Best customer service exp.l have anywhere it n a good while ...on top of that the food was fresh and hot ...l will definitely go back.Thank you Connie ...l think they should let you step up in the company Good job! ...you made me want to come back .???????
I want to get a full refund. We ordered 2 sonic burger combos and 1 bacon cheeseburger combo. The clerk, her name was JaLynn, repeated the CORRECT order to us before the food came out. once the food came out, one of the sonic burger combos were missing. Additionally she ARGUED saying SHE WAS RIGHT and we never placed the 2nd sonic burger combo. I call the main number for the location and they didnt answer. called the main number and they were disappointing to talk to. very RUDE....read full review
