Tourists do NOT come here without cash. This place doesn't accept international cards. The manager kept our card hostage until we got cash from across the street. All for a 10 dollar meal. It's a system issue but I'm never coming back to Sonic for this reason.

Went today for the $0.99 drinks and my cheddar bombers. They gave me 2 small drinks instead of thee medium and had me pay for my ranch. I get these bombers all the time and never been charged for the 1 container of ranch only if I wanted more than one. In a rush so I didn't drive back n complain. Came back to the same area and decided to get my daughter another Mango drink. Decided to go through drive thru. She gave me a larger drink than what I had earlier so I ask for her to show me a small. I went on to explain what I got earlier and the lady just shrugged her shoulders like idc. So I said can I get the manager number and now she wants to try and fix it. I said no because at that point we all know what happens when you complain about something and they remake it. I definitely didn't want them doing anything to my daughter drink. I dont understand why she didn't offer that when I made my initial complaint. I came to this location because the one on san pedro is trash machines are always down. Well I guess i have to find another location. I just want what I paid for and not to be charged extra for something when it comes with the order. Do better and retrain your team on what to do with complaints.

The food was fine. The limeades more ice than liquid. I request to get water on my limeade ice (I paid limeade but I got ice only) they refused to give me water, this with bad attitude.:(

My burger was pink & soggy, onion rings were burnt. The best thing I had was the Coke Zero.
Don’t waste your time here. Waited over 30 minutes for an online order of which was 3 slushes. When I asked why it took so long the lady/dude whatever they are had a whole attitude. Next time advise people of a wait. They let a whole sports car block their drive thru. Had to come to a stall just to get out of it. Sonic has gone downhill bad

Service sucks and they must be almost going out of business with the way this place looks completely torn apart. Also why sale things like mozzarella sticks but we have to pay for marinara dipping sauce ? Dumbest shit I’ve heard!!!

Looks like they're tearing this place down (optimistically, maybe remodeling?). The workers treated the operation as such. Food was burnt, dry, and barely slapped together. Far worse than any other Sonic I've been to. How do you even mess up a cherry limeade??

This location has always had staffing issues, but the food is good (ex. Showed up in the Drive-Thru 20 minutes after their Sunday opening time and I think the staff member was in the back late, still getting the place opened up and wasn't ready to take an order so we had to wait 15 minutes but then got a fresh hot super breakfast burrito). Also feel bad because the atmosphere is degraded to 3* because of the homeless up and down Austin hwy, no fault of their own, so I'll round this up to a 4.
