This place was horrible ordered food. The price on the screen was wrong from what they charge me gave us ice cream they didn’t have any spoons couldn’t even service properly. Hands down worst experience at a sonic ever for me and my family will not return no where near family environment at least napkins

I had the most surreal experience here.I ordered 3 blasts on the app.When I arrived I checked into the stall from the app.The screen showed my order was being prepared still, totally cool, and then after sometime it disappeared from the monitor.I then waited a few more minutes before pressing the red button to check in.I was greeted by a gentleman and I explained that I was just making sure there wasn't a technical difficulty.He asks what slot I am in and replies, "DO YOU SEE US THROUGH THE WINDOW? WE ARE WORKING ON YOUR ORDER, THATS US IN THE WINDOW WORKING ON YOUR ORDER".I told him, sorry, no, I'm actually facing a brick wall and I didn't think you weren't working on my order, just making sure it wasn't lost.He then came out and reiterated himself to me face to face.I explained I work in service industry, I totally understand if they are busy and I need to wait longer to which he tells me quickly and annoyed that he's been doing it for 15years and they aren't busy they are short staffed.Can you imagine- The customer trying to de-escalate the employee?It was so extremely awkward that I never want to go back to that location.

Slow service... was told to "hold on" or "I'll be with you in a moment" a few times, and it wasn't even busy. Almost all of their screens were off as well. Guy who finally delivered our drinks was nice enough though.

It’s Christmas Day 2023 and the manager Sergio and his tiny skeleton crew ARE THE BEST EVER they were cars backed in the drive thru but they still performed EXCELLENT service and friendly positive energy the entire crew had smiles on faces even though they were slammed the food was still exceptional! Thank you Sonic for choosing the right people to represent you! Happy Holidays I love this sonic!!!

10/25/23 2pm My husband and I parked and rang for service and our order was taken quickly. We knew what we wanted when we pulled in, so that wasn't a problem. The young man who delivered our order was quick and the order was complete. Way too much food for me to finish there, but too good not to finish later! My burger and tots really hit the spot. Both were hot and fresh! We'll be back.
