I normally get a soda, a water and a snack. Sometimes I just get drinks and they're all normally fine. But the atmosphere has really gone down. There is a different setup at this location than others. The drive-in stalls are a little separated from the main building. Less than half of the stalls actually work. Some are in pieces. Some you don't realize are broken until you park at it.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this store's laziness. Today, I called the restaurant to confirm that their ice cream machine and slushy machine were working. The employee who answered said everything was fine. However, when I arrived and ordered a cherry cream slush, the employee asked if I would settle for just a cherry slush. When I inquired about the ice cream machine, my daughter reminded him that we had called ahead and been told everything was working. He didn't respond, and we left. Unfortunately, this is not our first experience with this issue at this location. It seems like the employees are unwilling to work and just tell customers everything is not working.

Here again this is a place I went strictly as a Uber driver it's not a place that I frequent
worst sonic i’ve ever been to. homeless people sleeping in some of the order stalls, i should have taken that as my hint to leave but i ordered a cookie dough blast and all i got was a cup with vanilla ice cream and a few cookie dough pieces on top. never again

Beware before placing a mobile order that this is the dirtiest sonic (or any restaurant) I have possibly ever seen. I would be hesitant to consume any food/beverage that comes out of this building.

This is the worst sonic location I’ve ever been to.. after 1 bad experience, I decided to try it again.
Place a mobile order, car pulls up with young male teenagers, a young female employee comes out with drinks for them, I pressed on the red button to try to ask if my order was received and all they say is “we are only taking drive thru.” And I tried to tell them I was there for a mobile order, and no answer. Have to drive to the drive thru just to explain to them I have a mobile order and girl cut me off and asked the name of my order. Such horrible service and unprofessional with telling people that they’re not taking orders from the stall but the employees can bring out whoever they want that shows up to the stalls. Already contacted cooperate.

I had to update my review from a few years ago. This sonic location has definitely gone downhill in the past couple of years, and it just continues to get worse. The employees seem like they abhor working there. This location doesn't look very clean, and the manager (I assume he's the manager) Carlos doesn't care about customer service. I pulled up on a weekday at 1:59 pm and I asked to look over the menu for a minute or two. I placed my order a couple of minutes after pulling up. When I drove up to the window I noticed the total didn't include the happy hour discount so I asked and the employee at the window had to call Carlos to tell me that even though I placed an order during the happy hour time frame that starts at 2:00pm he was not going to give me the discount because my vehicle pulled drove up at 1:59!

Carlos the manager and the staff as well at 6:25pm was an absolute sorry excuse of customer service. Will not be returning to this location the staff was terrible, the store was disgustingly dirty, and the quality of our drinks was bottom of the barrel. For a manager to give no kind of solution for the issue I had except “call the number on the receipt.” Is unacceptable. Whoever runs this store should find some better staff that won’t act like they don’t want to be at work. The other franchise from Cody is much better than this low quality trash!

I would advise canceling any order you might have made now.
We Made an online order. Pulled into a stall at the sonic and sent the stall number online for pickup. We then notice the group of people standing and sitting at one end weren't people ordering & eating, they were homeless people hanging out.
1st we had a dog come jumping up on our car had to yell to get off as a man approached trying to sell some used junk and asking for $$.
My son had to yell at him to go away after trying to nicely say No Tks 2x. Someone else finally whistled for dog also. My son by this time had also pushed button for svc 3-4 times.
No answer. 1 customer in line.
So we drove around to go thru drive thru. Asked for our online order and when we pulled up the young guy didnt greet us. Just thrusted the 2 drinks at us and we had to honk to ask for straws.
This was the most uncomfortable, unsafe feeling, rude service, unkept, nasty looking sonic with horrible tasting non mixed drinks we've ever been to or gotten.
They wouldn't even answer the phone the numerous times we called. Hopefully our review will get the attn / response warranted.

I ordered ahead 15 minutes before arriving [a lemonade and a shake]. After arriving and being told it'll be right out i waited over 30 minutes before hitting the call button again. They came out with only a watered down lemonade [most likely from the ice melting] and said they dont have any ice cream. I contacted support multiple times and they are refusing the refund.
Sonics overall service and food quality has been going downhill fast and this experience is the last time I will go to a Sonic.

Ignorant and cowardly management!!
Third time I’ve tried ordering ice cream at this location!! The manager on duty Has no pride in his name. But will send out a small teenager with her name tag on to give me the receipt. To an order that Could have been canceled. Now had to call customer service and explain to them. I did not receive anything and nor was a refund processed at the store. Not sure if their processing returns and stealing the money. But this location is Rundown and needs to be closed. The manager is just going to upset a customer and then send a teenager to deal with it. Not a safe environment!!

When to this location for a slush and a blast waited 30 minutes to get 2 items. The stalls and drive through seem to both be non operational. This place is terrible and the items I received were sub par. On top of it all the parking lot is falling apart. Corporate needs to pull the franchise license from this location.
