Whoever was working today both the one taking the order and the one bringing out the order could really learn some customer service skills. Lady on the intercom I asked for a banana split and all I get in response is do you want something else, in my confusion I ask for banana split again, she just hangs up the intercom. push the button again, then finally she explains its no longer on the menu, so we ordered something else. Now the lady the brings out the food, she handed us our sonic blasts then proceeds to hand me the ice cream cone, however when I'm reaching for it she keeps tiling it like I'm suppose to grab the cone by the ice cream instead of the cone. You don't have to like your job, but you still got to put on the mask when you deal with customers.

Their food is as good as any fast food place that isn't McDonald's (MCD is the worst). Their tea is alright, I rather go to a Mexican restaurant to buy sweet tea. Their ice cream is pretty good(but honestly it's hard to mess up pre-made ice cream). The onion rings, cheese sticks and any hotdog is pretty bland. For this location their service takes too long for something that is supposed too be fast food. As Sonic the Hedgehog would say, "You're too slow!!"

Dont waste your time they are slow the cant get an order right to save themselves and when there's an actual problem and you need a refund they tell you to call the number on the app won't even give you a receipt I've had the person in charge yell at me over the intercom and then when I told her what I needed just connect me to take orders and refused to come out to talk to me on the information I needed was on the receipt I can't believe this is how they run their business it's bad enough they can't get an order right but they have to treat their customers like this I will definitely never go back to Sonic and I would definitely not make the same mistake of passing up Dairy Queen. I would rather wait for Dairy Queen that ever go back to Sonic no matter how good the food Maybe

Worst experience ever today not the fact that they didn't have ice cream or lemonade but the fact that I was denied my refund denied my receipt so I could get my refund or contact the store or franchise in charge but yelled over the intercom because they didn't want to give me my receipt and why when I ask for a copy they are able to make duplicate copies on or even let me screenshot it was then ignored after I kept trying to get someone's attention to even get the young lady's name or the supervisor who would have been in charge of shed fit in there all this because I had placed an order through the app and was told deal with them what kind of service is this I did the app because it was easier than waiting my card is on file I didn't have to dig out of my purse I did it to surprise my son before school pick up and had to deal with all of this next time I will not be passing up Dairy Queen I will sit there and wait for them and that is just sad because Sonic burgers are good if you can get them to make it right

I’ve been going to this sonic for a while and sadly it’s the only one near me that I can walk to. Their customer service is aweful and so is the management. I’m not complaining about the food or anything else. It’s the horsing around that I see them do constantly inside of the work station when there are people waiting for their food. I’m all for having fun in the work place but when you’re busy things need to get done. I’ve also had 3 different occasions where when I tell them my order they don’t switch the screen to where I can pay and so I just give up there after waiting cause they’re too dumbfounded to switch the screens. It’s not rocket science. And word of advice. Someone should tell them to stop laughing when taking orders.

I ordered a hot fudge sundae & added Snickers to it. They didn't even give me any hot fudge. Lol They also basically just put a spoonful of Reese's in my boyfriends Reese's blast. Not mad really, just annoyed. Its not the first time this Sonic has been a miss for me.
