Update 04/05/2024Went around 1115 am and after waiting a minute they told me it was drive-thru only. Okay, went through the drive-thru. Ordered and paid and waited que a few minutes for my food. (No one in stalls when I left the area; one vehicle behind me in the drive-thru. I received my drinks and food finally and came home... To realize they DIDN'T give me my kid's cheeseburger! Had to make her some chicken nuggets from Costco. ? Oh - no straws and when I eventually drove off there were definitely a couple cars in the stalls. On the bright side, the two employees I interacted with were nice.4.5 stars. It took a while to get my order but the food was all hot. The server unfortunately did not ask me if I wanted any condiments though so my kid didn't get her barbecue sauce or ketchup for her fries and nuggets. Went on a Sunday around 1120.

Terribly slow service, not the employees fault as they are always clearly understaffed and trying as hard as they can to be quick. Today one person worked the drive though window, car hopped, and took orders from the drive up spots and drive through lane. Your employees deserve better.

I don't know who runs this place but I waited at the stall for 15 mins no one responded then went to the drive thru and still no one responded I waited 5 more mins until I realized I'm just wasting my time and just went somewhere else.

I only go for their big bags of Ice. I absolutely love the Ice lol.

Tonight I ordered a #2 with no mustard, Sonic Size It with a cherry limeade drink and chili cheese tots. I had to repeat the order 3 times till the attendant read it back correctly. Drive up, pay and hands me my order. I noticed it was a small drink and asked him if this was a large. He said no, I told him I had it Sonic Sized. He said “oh, I guess I didn’t hear you!” Said ok and drove off. I got home and received a double burger with no veggies, no mayonnaise, it was a completely dry burger. And instead of a drink, they gave me a slushy. ?My wife called and the guy clearly heard my wife asking for the manager. The manager comes on and my wife explains to her what happened. Then your manager starts repeating “I can’t hear you” and hangs up. My wife calls back, explained what happened and your manager deliberately starts her “I can’t hear you” game again and rudely hangs up. I hope corporate and the franchise owners reprimands her on her customer service skills because they suck. What a dump this Sonic has become!

Looks really dull. Food was below the correct temperature for serving. The young man that helped me was nice and polite. Once again I didn't get my cheese sticks. I don't know what or why they always leave them out but going back Everytime is not an option. Maybe a double check on tickets would be helpful.
