If I had the option to leave ZERO stars ...I would. The only ppl leaving more than one star ARE PROBABLY EMPLOYEES. Where should I start... Well right now they just ripped off an old man. Didn't want to give him his change. He ordered two corn dogs and Ice. They claimed they didn't pay him change. Thee employees are rude, the lady I dealt with. She spoke so fast and when I asked to repeat herself, she just straight up ignored me all together. They claim their ice cream machine don't work... Acting like McDonald's. There are ppl who were NOT employees going in and out of the sonic with multiple items. He obviously knows some one who works there or he's an employee stealing. this is the worse place to go to in all of San Antonio.

Workers here don't care about the customers! Every time I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt it always ends the same. Extremely rude when taking orders for some reason and food comes out subpar. I don't expect this sonic to last that much longer
Was quick to give order cause they did so poorly on our order. Got an oreo shake and oreros were sprinkled on top. Got a chocolate oreo shake and once again sprinkled orero bits with little to no chocolate, was js vanilla ice cream at that point. Staff looked miserable, stray dogs around the parking lot.

The double cheese burger is phenomenal compared to Fredys, Whata and Wendys.
The restaurant opens at 8am - I arrived around 8:15am. Staff memeber (who was friendly) stated they were not able to serve food because nothing was ready. When I asked who long it would take, the reply was - honestly, I can't say because nothing is cooked yet. Perhaps have staff there early enough to have things ready to actually conduct business when the establishment is open for business?

I had a umber eats order for Aden Carmona I received my order my sweet tea was supposed to be a rt 44 I got a large on top of that my sweat tea was water with a whole load of ice I also ordered a shake and my driver spilled it all over her car I tried to call the store and the store don’t answer or it goes straight to voicemail I didn’t even get my bbq sauce as well this store needs work I want my order remade or I want my refund
