I went to get a strawberry lemonade with mango and it was disgusting. It was sour to all hell. I called them back to told them it didn’t taste every well. the employee was really nice and I let her know what was wrong. She said she would fix it. She came back with a better tasting drink but with half the ice. All they did was empty half me drink and added more liquid. I was not happy after that. I have not had any good experiences these pass months with this company.

Stopped to get the QP, double cheese special and this is what was served. This is more like a JR burger, and was cold and hard with soggy vegetables. Spoke with the manager and he didn’t show concern nor offered to remake it. Simply gave the excuse of it may have been over cooked. No, more like it had been sitting there and then couldn’t give a whole slice of cheese, but split one to make two! The Managers appearance was sloppy along with his workers. Everything about this location was bad. Do not eat here!

Waited for a bag of ice for 15min while other cars pulled up after me and were served before me. One car pulled up and ordered the same thing I ordered (bag of ice) and got it within 3-4 minutes and then I yelled out from my car window and said I ordered the same 15mins ago and until then that's when I got my order. The family and I stopped going to this sonic because of the Rude and slow service. This is my Neighborhood sonic and it's sad that I have to go elsewhere for a route 44 drink or a sonic burger or just a simple corn dog for the the kids. I just wanted a bag of ice and they couldn't do that right....

I came here today 11/08/23At approximately 6:20p.m.This is the 2nd time I have experienced an issue with the lady taking my order. She is very rude. Seems very upset if I order more than 1 item. Her excessive sighing and rushing me because she is so impatient. I certainly will not be coming back to this location. Also my pickle fries were so burnt I couldn't enjoy them. Do better lady!!!! Or sonic!!
