Went in for the
Double pickle burger with pickle, fries and a pickle drink combo that I saw on t v. Ended up paying around $16 for a burger, drink and fries. The fries were cold and hard and every piece of fry was about an inch to an inch and a 1/2 long. The burger had double meat, but was an absolute gooey mess and very hard to handle. The only thing I managed to stomach was the drink. This place needs a better cook or a better management structure. I would not recommend this sonic.

Just went to Sonic to have a beverage, due to the hot 🔥 🥵 weather! The cherry 🍒 lime aid is always my choice. The summer ☀️ time ⏲️ 😎 heat and Sonic are well put together ❤️

Zero Stars! I had a terrible experience at this Sonic. I placed my order and waited over 20 minutes without receiving my food. During that time, the server repeatedly looked in my direction but never said a word or checked in. It wasn’t until 20–24 minutes later that anyone even acknowledged me. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. Won’t be coming back.

Arrived at stall 7 at 4:50pm and place my order with the teller. 40 min later after watching numerous go out. I stopped the lady delivering food and inquired about my order. She went inside and never came back out. When i hit the order button to talk with some one they told me they didnt have my ticket. They were looking for it. Co.plete and utter failure on their part. Never going back again.

I came and ordered food tonight. I was hesitant to try sonic again because the last two times my hot dog was burnt. I placed my order and it took 30 minutes, before I started pushing the red button to get my money back. No one answered. I got out and stood at the door no one came. As soon as I got back to my car, they came out with my order. I told the guy I no longer wanted my food. I wanted my money back. He said ok and walked away. I have now been waiting 5 minutes for someone to come out and refund my money and they still will not answer. I eventually just left. 45 min to leave with no food, no refund. I understand being short staffed, but respectfully, this is unacceptable.

Left a note explaining why I was angry. I’m not normally an aggressive person, but this was a beyond HORRIBLE experience.

I ordered medium tater tots only and we’ve been waiting 30 minutes. If you don’t have food readily available, don’t take our order and/or notify us before we order. Waiting on a steak I understand, but we come to Sonic for a quick visit. Worst service I’ve had in a very long time. Can’t even get a refund.

10 minutes late on pick up and this is the nastiest drink I’ve ever drink and do not recommend. (how can you mess up an ocean water)

Ordered food and was charged twice . Lady took my cc and charged it inside . Bank showed proof it was charged twice. One right after the other. Called and asked to speak to manager . She said yes they charged me twice but I would have to speak to their corporate. Called corporate and they said they couldn't refund me anything cause there was no proof on their side. 🤦‍♂️Smh .. they wouldnt listen to anything I said .. never going back to this place or any sonic for that matter

Their Google hours say open till midnight. We got here around 9:50. We pushed the button, and nobody answered. We pushed it again, and they turned off the lights and screens on us as they saw we were waiting.
Very rude. We then saw a sign that said open till 10. If they are, in fact, open until 10, they seriously need to update their hours online! You can't be ignoring customers, especially if they get there before close. Yes, it was only 10 minutes, but still. Hours are hours. Update the freaking Google. Very unprofessional.
