Other Sonic locations at least have the courtesy of taking your order before making you wait. I was the only car in the lot and waited 10 minutes after pressing the red button before leaving. Try another location or just go to a different fast food place.

Jessica (the manager) REFUSED to refund my simple $5 order, after taking too long. French toast sticks shouldn't take nearly 15mins, but when you're the only customer in the place, you're not too much of a priority I guess. Even an apology would have been nice.

November 6 on a Wednesday afternoon 435. I was having trouble placing my order with the manager Jessica because she never answered the drive-through I was here for 10 minutes plus I rang the machine. Over nine times and I still did not get an answer. The only person that was willing to help me on my break because I work a regular job and get a regular lunch like everyone else.Temprice A very sweet young lady who is willing to come out the restroom quickly because her manager wasn’t able to say give her a moment after she just took out one shake. She was too tired to help any more customers so I would not like to have Jessica help me out ever again, and I would love to see temprice more in the kitchen thank you!!!!!

I wish I would’ve saw these reviews before I purchased my food. how you make a sandwich wrong when it literally says what’s on the burger? this is absolutely disgusting! this is not what sonic used to be! waste of MONEY & TIME. do better ! How are they even still in business honestly. I want my money back! SICK

The customer service support number is complete trash! Impossible to get a refund even when they don’t give you the food you ordered and paid for! Absolutely disgraceful. This particular location is fine the employees are cool and they aren’t the problem the problem is corporate! Basically I placed a mobile order and this location had system problems the computer system was down. Was told they couldn’t make my order or anyone’s orders cause of the malfunction. I wasn’t upset with them as there wasn’t anything they could do about it. I had already paid and of course since I couldn’t get my food I wanted a refund so I was given a phone number to their customer service. Wow talk about rude as can be! I explained they claimed they would send me a refund in 7-9 business days. Never came. I called again and was talked down too so rudely and even worse. They said they didn’t care if I didn’t go back ever and made me feel like requesting my money back for food I didn’t get was me scamming or something! Absolutely ridiculous. Again it’s not this location that upset me it was the corporate office you have to call for complaints or refunds

If i could give 0 stars i would. Ordered through DoorDash. Ordered a double smash burger with no pickles and what I received was a plain bun with onions and a ripped apart dry regular patty and a half. How do yall even give that out?

Update: I had to leave to pick up my friend from work and I went to the sonic right by my house on FM 1560 and there were 20 cars there and I still got the SAME exact order within 5 minutes. There was 3 other cars at the Sonic on Culebra at the time and they couldn’t get my order out within the 15 minutes I was there. This place definitely needs to be shut down. All I ordered was a chicken wrap and Powerade slush. You go to Sonic because it’s supposed to be fast.
Been waiting on someone to take my order light is on I'm in stall #2 been here 25 minutes waiting and waiting nothing see the workers just talking and laughing inside. never again will I come here. I'm leaving because nobody ever came to take my order or answered through speaker 😡mad as hell.

Jessica took 15 minutes more to bring the food out even though it was an “order ahead” mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 8:14 am. Jessica had one order to take care of because there were no other cars waiting for their order. Jessica didn’t even respond when I pushed the red button to ask about the cause of the delay. When Jessica brought the food out, I asked her about the delay and there was no verbal response from her but some weird hand gestures depicting “so what”. I ended up dropping my kid late to school. Horrible service and experience.

Might as while shut this location down because they suck!!!! I ordered food and drinks at 1 o’clock 315. I still have not received. Nothing ask the manager on call where my food was. She continue to ignore me and told me I needed to wait because she was doing an interview. I will never go there ever again.

It's always a challenge when you visit the sonic at 8000 block of Culebra. Very slow service, no cut service skills, they'll leave you sitting for 10 minutes without acknowledging you. If they are closed they don't put up signs letting you know. I always end up driving away

Waited 12 minutes for a slush. Placed a mobile order and left after 12 mins not worth it to wait for one drink I’ll just dispute the charge with my bank.
