This location is now closed, after I just ordered from them on Sunday March 26th. I guess the franchise owner got tired of answering all the negative reviews and just shut the place down. My experiences were mostly positive but others complained about poor service, incorrect orders and long wait times.

The burger was not edible.A burger ordered simply as "I'll have a #1, no cheese, mustard all-the-way."A #1 is Sonics cheeseburger, I ordered it without cheese, I did get that correctly.I wanted it with mustard only. Normal mustard, like all the other Sonics, not half a jar dripping off it I also did not want mayo, and especially not the half of a jar they plopped onto it, either.I was able to salvage the patty but had to rinse it under hot water. The rest of the sandwich went into the garbage.Please do not contact me for further info. Writing this review was work that shouldn't have been done in the 1st place. You have the store info and my review. If they can't figure it out without me going to even more trouble to fix your problem, then that's absolute proof I should spend my hard-earned $$ elsewhere.

I’m kinda in shock. I get extra pickles on my sandwich so when my chicken slinger was cold, I just thought it was pickles. On my third bite, I thought this is too slimy… I spit it out and it turns out the chicken was completely raw inside. Like straight out the fridge raw. Not pink, raw. Um not even sure what to do. Honestly I feel like I might throw up if I take the sandwich out of bag again to take picture

I hardly ever leave reviews but the staff at this location is always so kind and are always working so hard . I visit this sonic daily LITERALLY every single day and there has never been a bad experience with the workers here . They are always so helpful and kind despite not having a full staff. . There is never an unfriendly face . Please be kind to these workers because they work so hard and make sure to tip because they TRULY deserve it . Staff here is just awesome.

The employees very kind! I stop by since I was nearby on my lunch break never been to that sonic and have to say best one had gone too the right stuff I order was given to me is why they get a 5 star from me truly in my opinion best sonic I have ever gone too ??.

I don’t like doing this but I waited almost 25 mins for just for a Oreo Blast with cookie dough and a bag of ice… 10 mins in I got only the bag of ice then waited for another 15 mins for my blast, I asked if there was cookie dough in it and the employee said yes… when I checked the blast there wasn’t any cookie dough in it! they were not busy! I didn’t want to wait again because my ice was already melting.

Great location. Ordered on the app and they had my food out to me quickly. And despite how cold it was outside the food was still hot. I know it's not a far walk from the building but most places have told me that there is nothing they can do about cold food because of the temperature outside. It was my first time trying the chili cheese tots and they were really good. I also tried the new steak and bacon grilled cheese and it was good except for the BBQ sauce they have on it, I'm not sure how I felt about it. I feel like ranch might be a better option for it. But overall great food, great service and great location. I don't know it it's always as quiet as it was when I went but it was nice not having to worry about there being a lot of people there so there was plenty of parking to order at.

There was one employee working. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving at 430pm and there was ONE guy working. I wish I'd got his name. He was fast (for being alone), super courteous, and upbeat. 10/10 recommend this guy.

Since 3 of the closest stores were showing to be unavailable through the mobile app.I picked this one.I get there and the lady walks out and says “sorry our ice cream machine is down”“YOU’LL need to contact someone through the app for your partial refund”I don’t want the 2 out of 6 things ordered.So I declined the whole order. She was extremely rude and did not care to assist any further.After spending 40 mins on the phone with corporate. They said if I accepted the partial. The store will get the tip.Also according to corporate, the store should’ve canceled the order on their end.

Looks like only person working. Waited several minutes, nobody to take my order. Left. Saw others do the same.I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars, they have really improved and the woman working today was wonderful ?

Horrible on multiple occassions."We actually close at 11"...despite all sources saying they close at midnight.Pay for extra blast add-ins, they don't honor it.Was served a Blast the consistency of gravy. It wasn't just too thin for my liking, it was thoroughly melted. What level of incompetence would make an employee think that is ok? They corrected it, but the replacement, while proper thickness, was not the type I ordered or paid for.Numerous times they claimed the ice cream machine to be broken when I arrive to pickup my in-app order. I know other locations have the ability to disable items in the app to prevent ordering them if they're unavailable. Then I have to call in to request a refund.Was informed after waiting several minutes that the ice cream machine had some issues, and it would be ANOTHER 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, I was served a Blast that was about 50% whipped cream. They clearly (and dishonestly) filled the cup with whipped cream before blending it. Didn't realize the issue until I got home.I've had issues 9/10 times with this place. Having seen the issues crop up a little too often at other locations as well. Sonic has permanently lost me as a customer.

Last week I ordered on the app and turns out the icecream machine was broken. They said they would refund me and then I drove to the other sonic. I checked back a week later and I still was not refunded. I went back in today and Kyle was able to accommodate me by not only replacing the milkshakes I didn’t get refunded me for but upgrading me to larger sizes for no extra cost. He was kind, humble, apologetic, and went the extra mile to make sure I got the satisfaction I deserve. 5 stars!

Worst sonic in town. Food is never fresh and the order is always wrong. Thats what happens when you hire kids who think their entitled.
