I am completely disappointed in the closing shift of this Sonic on Monday, April 14th, 2025. I had a late night pickup for Uber Eats from the Sonic, I drove there and proceeded to wait.
I waited 15 minutes, for no one to acknowledge me, get my attention, or get the order. I waited 15 minutes, to find out on MY own, that the restaurant was closed I waited 15 minutes, just to drive up to the drive-thru, make eye contact with one of the employees there, watch him proceed to throw away a ticket, and turn off the lights.
There was a guy there, waiting 20 minutes, without so much as a glance.
Now, I'll give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt because UberEats is unfair when it comes to closing restaurants, And I'm not usually the person to make a fuss But the other disregard and lack of respect to ignore someone just trying to do their job, it upsets me

Went today right before 11am - I ordered multiple things (onion rings, corn dog, cheese sticks, chili cheese wrap). The guy who took my order in the stall speaker was super friendly which started the experience out really well. I still had to wait for the food (never been to this location) to see how that would be and I do have to say that every single thing was fresh and cooked perfectly. There was nothing that was burnt or overcooked. I got a chili cheese wrap from a different sonic yesterday that was pathetic, there literally is no other word to describe it so I really wanted one today, this one was perfect. I normally don't leave fast food reviews but this is also more of a kudos to the guy who took my order over the speaker and to whoever cooked my food. Thank you :)

SAVE your $$. If you want a burger/cheeseburger and fries go to Burger King or any other burger place in town! Worst Sonic I have ever been to in the US.

Drinks are always great! Food is delicious! Only downside would be the service time. Everytime I order, it takes no less than 20 minutes to get my food.

There were large shards of plastic in the middle of my blast. I contacted Sonic and requested both a report to be filed and a refund. I have not received a refund and have not been contacted for additional information. This is extremely concerning to me because it would be easy to get hurt with this contamination.
Never again just close the few that are left in disrepair.

I was a little disappointed. I ordered two different combos but wanted onion rings instead of fries only on one order, but the onion rings were not there.I let them know but had to wait and my entire order was taken, charged for two combos and only received onion rings on one order and fries with tots were removed. Just frustrated and left, burgers were cold by then.

Probably the slowest sonic in texas. More than 20 minutes for a single drink and medium mozzy sticks, as if I have nowhere else to be. What a damn disappointment! Manage better.
