Call up service yelling at customers and being rude to customers they don’t know how to treat customers they need to be trained professionally to respect and treat customers and the professional way, not yelling at them

Drive thru wasn’t working, went to two different stalls and no one answered the call button. Literally order food from another place while waiting and left

I drove home to discover I was given the wrong order (receipt was correct). I drove all the way back and then was given a cold cheeseburger!
Worst Sonic to ever exist sat here for 45 minutes and watched our food get handed to a random car and finally got our order and got told there’s no straws or spoons left…. very disappointed

I don't expect much in regards to the Sonic menu. It generally is what is expected, what you order is what you get. Food quality is decent. The service however at that particular location has been horrendous slow at times. Today though waiting 10 minutes at the drive through only to be told food orders will take 30 minutes! Come on, that's ridiculous. 2 cars in the drive through, 3 cars in the parked stalls. They need to get this location together. I really hope they do. I want to support our local businesses. It's 5 minutes from our house we have a kid and like Sonic occasionally but if the service is consistently like this we'll opt to just drive the extra minutes to the Helotes location.

On this particular evening, my daughter and I were craving cream slushes, so my husband drove us. I had the app ready, but waited to enter it when we were closer cuz I didn't want them to make it, then it'd be melted. We arrived, and it took 15-20 minutes! As we waited impatiently, the stalls filled up with other people. There seemed to be two employees coming out (one more than the other) to deliver. Needless to say, it was a tiring wait.

Waited several minutes, about 10, in the drive through line, I was giving my order but no one answered. Why have this if you are not going to answer it? I see by the reviews that this location has crap service so won’t be going back until a better restaurant is in there.

This location has been going down hill for a while. It seems like only a matter of time before it is closed down.
