How do yall think this is even acceptable. Yall need to train workers better . This makes me so upset. $56.21 my order and food looks like this . And ice cream melted

I've literally been sitting in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes I've pushed the button three times I've watched four cars pull out of the drive-thru and two servers walk out the door so i know they see me here. But zero service. I'm sitting in stall number 3, which is right outside the door. Absolutely ridiculous! They never did come up so I had to go through the drive-thru to the place the order but while I sat there I sat there long enough to notice that they have cherry slushies with added flavor balls boba balls, so I ordered that not only was the flavor not in the the Cherry slush but neither were the balls and they told me they don't do that , except it's literally on the live menu. I also ordered pickle fries... They told me it was discontinued. So I sat there for 20 minutes for a route 44 Dr pepper and a Cherry slush

Ordered 2 bacon burgers, they came with no bacon. Pressed the call button, and they said they would bring bacon. Had to follow up after 15 minutes, and only got 1 order of bacon. Order also came with none of the condiments. Poor location.

The WORST and SLOWEST sonic. Placed a mobile order for three drinks.. 558pm; we parked & put slot 9.. wait 15m then push the red button asked what was taking so long because at least 6 cars came and went thru the drive thru ; he said they’re a little behind. Again .. we ordered THREE drinks. & not difficult drinks either, 2 diet cokes & 1 ocean water. We then leave and get in the drive thru because at least the drive thru is being served.. he says okay we’ll give it to you at the window. HOWEVER the girl is going to the other cars in front of us bringing receipts etc… but can’t bring us our 3 drinks? I’m writing this and it’s 629pm & we have still not received our THREE DRINKS!

I ordered a double smasher. When I went to eat the burger there was a terrible smell. At first I thought it was just me but it wasnt...the meat was bad. I called and told the restaurant that the meat was bad. I didn't want anything fir free I just didn't want anyone else to get sick.

Came here and order 2 kids meals and an adult meal. I waited over 30 minutes for my food. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Not to mention they half ass the food as well.

The convenience, the nostalgic drive-in experience, and that crave-worthy menu make every visit feel like a treat.

I have to give a huge shoutout to the team at my local Sonic — the service is consistently quick and friendly, and my order’s always fresh. The burgers are juicy, the mozzarella sticks are melty perfection, and don’t even get me started on the slushes — I’ve probably tried every flavor combo on the menu (yes, even the crazy ones). Plus, those half-price drinks during Happy Hour? Life-saver status.

Sonic isn't just a fast food stop — it’s a part of my routine. Whether I’m kicking off a road trip or just need a little pick-me-up after work, I know I can count on Sonic to deliver something awesome every time.

Ordered a double cheeseburger with everything on it and got nothing on it but cheese only, no sauces of any sort, no lettuce, tomato or pickles… will never go back to this location!

Ate there twice this weekend while we were in town seeing family. Service the first time was awful and food was worse than the service. Burgers must have been sitting awhile because they were barely warm and the fries were overcooked and super oily. Second time we went the service was much better but the food was worse than the first time which I didn’t think was possible. My kids LOVE fries but wouldn’t even eat them. Threw all the fries away and my burger was down right disgusting. Ate a few bites and threw it away. And before anyone criticizes me for not taking it back, we were leaving town and on a deadline so I couldn’t turn around. My fault though because after the first time I shouldn’t have gone back but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they were just short staffed or having a rough day. Definitely learned my lesson and won’t be back. This location used to be good.
