A smaller Sonic, less drive-in slots. I ordered on the app early, like always, but when I got there it was just stuck on "in the kitchen" status. This isn't the Sonic I normally go to, but since I had placed the order on the app a good 10-12 mins before I arrived, I wasn't expecting to pull and see that it was in the kitchen being made for another 10-12 mins. I finally just pushed the red button, and someone said it would be coming right out... and it did....
AJ was working when we went through the drive through late at night. So glad we met him. By far the best customer service experience we have ever had- especially compared to the Sonic near our house- and really any fast food place ever. Outstanding enough to make me feel compelledTo review the place. He was so helpful patient and went out of his way to offer service beyond what is expected and likely beyond what his job requires. We will certainly go out of our way to visit this...
